Granted, but you can't move or talk. In all seriousness though, that would be awesome. I also wouldn't mind the Fallout games incorporating some of the gameplay elements that Oblivion had.

I would love to have some more realistic animations, and also I would like to have a Fable (ish) system to where your characters body changes (taller muscular fat etc.) I'm tired of everyone being a rail lmao.

Constant weather effects is one of my wishes. I don't think that it should be restricted to an area given only in DLC.

I agree I mean that's why I like the mods like Fellout that add dust storms and such. Just not to crazy about how they also make the days brighter and the nights darker I have a hard time seeing really dark stuff anyway cause my eyes are funky like that.

I just turn the brightness all the way up so I don't need to use the Pip-boy light, and it looks (somewhat) normal.

Then you'd hate that mod that gives realistic nights, which are super super dark everywhere even on the strip. Its really cool but creepy as s**t when your traveling the wasteland armed with nothing but your pipboy light.

I saw that mod it was stupid imo. I'm sorry but it's not going to be so dark on the strip you need your pip boy light on. Now they need a realistic lighting mod one where yeah no lights around and no full moon then uh yeah your not gunna see crap. But not one where all it does is set the default brightness to the game so low even having it on max does no good. Now if they would make a light mod more like splinter cell for instance if I am in a dark room they are not going to magically see me just because I made a noise. They know something is there but can't tell if it is me or a gecko ya know? Or if I shoot a light out it cast a shadow hindering everyone's sight.

I haven't played Skyrim (yet, I wanna play the other Elder games first), but from what I heard and have seen, it'd be awesome.
But... are we even getting a Fallout 4 (technically it would be 5, wouldn't it)? I haven't seen anything official about it.

I hope that all the damage is understandable/realistic..going from FNV to FO3 was like... "HOW DID I EVEN BEAT PLAY A GAME LIKE THIS? Dx"

I have never played Oblivion before, but Skyrim has always impressed me with the textures and the fluidity of the movements and...err..'cut scenes'/active scene....

The weaponry also kept me hooked, i could make almost every weapon and armor type until i started running into dragonplate and Daedric stuff obviously...
Not only that, but i could only improve them, never does anything break down, and need constant repair.

But where would Fallout 4 take place? The Dakotas? South East? Europe? China? New York? Kentucky?
