        This year, for may—we're hosting another 'avatar a day' challenge.
        If you've ever wanted to do (or have ever done) a may ‘draw one mermaid a day' challenge,
        weeeelllll, this is styled after that.

We really wanted to create a simple list with fun mer-word prompts!
Then—have everyone who's interested—dress accordingly on the same day.
A SEA OF PIRATES, ANYONE? TAKERS? YES?
It's just going be to a low key event, no pressure, some giveaways sprinkled in, and just...fun?
So no need to pick up a pencil and sketch anything out!

I know I keep saying this, but what the ********. That is so WILD, trying to take advantage of the system made for people struggling, and these asses who are perfectly stable and taking care of all those kids are taking? Or tried to take through you. It's clear she only said you could live with her so she could mooch off YOU, a person who is starting their entire life over. WOW. Going to the family to paint you the villain is so typical of narcs. Man, I wish you and your beau could gtfo of Texas. I'd say try California, but it's so hard to get settled from out of state.

If you end up visiting me here, I'm 1 hour from the Sequoias, 2 hours from the coast, 3 from L.A., and 3 from the bay area. Tons to do! We'll keep that plan in our back pocket! heart Yes, shoot me your number (PM or Discord, both work)!

I know you probably told me, but my brain loves to toss out short term information haha. Why do you happen to always be surrounded by legit psychopaths and narcs? Is there some curse we can break or something? Can I fight someone? lmao Jfc. I'm just so sorry, love. Batshit wild.

It does! I just wish I had money left over from actually buying the house LOL. Still, bit by bit, it will come together! Then you should come visit me again, here in Cali! Way more to do, and I have a spare room with a bed and everything. No pressure! Something to consider in the future, if you felt like it!

What the hell... I'm so sorry your family is so unbelievably toxic. It must feel good, at least, to know you're not like them. Not even close! She for sure wants control over you, and probably can't stand that you're doing so well without her (or any of them)! If she had it her way, you'd still be cleaning, cooking, paying rent, and making her money with the business. Wild, dude. What is wrong with some people?

Yes, dark academia!! You always had good taste haha. I have a large collection of old books (mostly 1800s, but my fave is from mid 1700s), that I'm hella eager to put in a better spot. Need more bookshelves! That'll come after painting, though. I have to keep telling myself one step at a time haha. The list is long.

Putting your job at risk is extra selfish. Does she get off on attention and drama? I'm sorry you're dealing with that cagada. She needs to keep her and her shitty cards to herself. --- A dark green, with a hint of blue. I'm going dark maximalist. My house will finally match all of my antiques, furniture, paintings, shadowboxes, etc. We have 15ft ceilings in the foyer and living area (vaulted), so that, plus the hallways, is a ton of space to work with. I just realized all you asked was the color I was going with lmao My bad haha I'm just so excited !!

All good, no worries about Discord! I do noooot envy you having to work retail (ugh, the worst) during the holidays. Karens come out in droves. And wtf, why is your sister stirring the pot again? Doesn't she have better things to do? My Christmas was great, very nice, and everyone loved loved loved the gifts I got them, so it was a win, for sure. I got blackout drunk on accident on New Years Eve lmao. I didn't feel anything for hours, just enjoying games with the fam, then suddenly, I'm gone. It was really weird. The liquor just caught up with me, I guess? I'm not a big drinker, either, so there you go haha. At least the Ring recording was hilarious, and I wasn't hungover the next day, by some miracle. New house is coming along slowly. The holidays slowed me down, and I just have so much cagada. We can't move forward without setting up the spare/computer room. Need stuff from Staples to get it ready to go, which I'm getting today. After that, I'll have room to go nuts. Already painting the walls in the foyer, though! How are things going with your beau? heart
