In the middle of the arena. The cornacopialies holds many useful objects. Usually there is lots of blood shed at the begining of the games when the tributes compete to gain the advantage of supplies. Here is where the tributes appear in the arena at the begining.

It was pitch black in Streams tube. She could feel the inclusure rising up out of the ground. Suddenly the movement stopped. Oh god, oh god. She thought panicing. This is IT! She thought as she took a deep breath. Light started peeking out as she rose into the arena. Then she was out in the open. She saw the other tributes stare at the arena. I have to wait 1 minute, just 1. She though. She was terrified but extremely excited.
Jade rose into the air. She smirked and looked at the other tribute silly faces as they looked around with there mouths gaping open. She looked down at the mines that would be trigered when someone stepped of before it was time.

This is it... was the only thought that went through Ari's head. The pod lifted, revealing the vast Arena. Her heart dropped. One minute, just wait... the thought, peering at the ground that concealed explosives

(OOC: Squee'ed when I saw this! MY GOD I HAVE BEEN WAITING SO LONG!!!!!)
Shine nervously fingered the pendant hanging around her neck. It was a winged horse, given to her by her best friend, Katya. Many times, the two had stared up at the stars. Katya knew her favorite constellation: Pegasus. She was running over all the things she had learned in her years of training, but couldn't stop a tear.
Louis smirked. This was in the bag! He was going to be the victor. He concentrated on the bow and arrows,and his potential allies.
Oro sighed--there was just no way he could get through this. His head was filled with fear, anger, and things he had never felt before.
Thatcher reviewed all of the things he had picked up in the brief training period. But the waiting, the waiting! It was killing him. He wanted to scream...

5. 4. 3. 2. 1! Stream thought as she lept into the arena. She winced as she hit the ground and she ran straight for the cornacopia. She jumped around dodging things she wouldn't need and picked up a back pack. She stuffed 4 packs of food, 2 packs of water, 1 sword, 1 shield, 1 medicine, 1 bundle of clothing, 1 sharp object, 2 ropes, 1 granade, 1 ointment, 1 flashlight and 1 battery and swiftly zipped the pack up and jumped down to grab a fishing rod. Then she ran of into the jungle, before the other tributes got to the cornacopia.
Jade waited as the girl jumped. She was pretty fast. She thought. Then she lept of the stand and ran straight to the woods. They really need to think before going to the cornacopia.

3,2,1 GO! she thought and leapt off of the platform. She did a tuck and roll and took off running, not towards the Cornacoupia but diagonal to its left side. She stooped down, picking up whatever she ran by, which was some cloth, a coil of rope, a knife, a skin for holding water, maybe even with some inside, and a spear that reminded her of a javelin. She turned sharply, running into the tangled jungle.

Ester darted out to the cornicorpia, dodging several oponents. She grabbed bow and arrows, a knife, blanket,medicine, ointment,4 food packs, a flashlight, and water bottle.Then stuffed them into a backpack. Then headed out in the direction of the pine forest.

Tyler looks out at the cornicopia and the realization sinks in that he was going to have to start fighting in one minute. He hoped he'd have an ally to help him, he didn't know nearly enough. But then again, who would want him as an ally, if he knows nothing.
Drew scans the cornicopia, and sets his eyes on what he wants, conveniently placed near the outside. He hoped to avoid the bloodbath. For Nat. he thought as the seconds ticked by.
Lynn rushes out of her spot, and was almost immediately shot down with an arrow aimed at her side. She wasn't dead yet, but wouldn't move anywhere any time soon. She slowly died as others around her fell, or ran off.

Louis saw a young boy running toward his bow and arrows. He punched the kid in the head. He went down and stopped moving. The name was...Oh, right. Thatcher something. Pointing to Thatcher, the first dead tribute, he shouted, "Come to the jungle if you can fight!"
Shine bit her lip as everyone was falling around her. She started crying, but nevertheless took a throwing knife, a lot of food and water, and a blanket. Stuffing them all into a backpack, she ran to the forest.
Oro was confused. He just grabbed a spear and ran.

the seconds ticked down 3,2, 1! Drew sprints out. grabs a knife, a poison, 2 grenades, ointment, and rope. He then heads off into the tangled jungle.
Tyler manages to get some water, and cloth, nothing else, unfortunately. He just wanted to leave the cornicopia, quickly.

Caper stares in dread at everyone looking so feirce. She looks around for Tyler and sees him on the way to the woods. She sprints as soon as she can and grabs a large duffle bag and some matches laying on the ground. She doesn't want to go any further so she looks up for Tyler and screams as a boy falls, dead, beside her, an arrow straight through his heart. She starts to tremble and finds Tyler, then sprints over to him, which is only a little harder with her supplies. She latches on to his arm and drags him and the supplies he managed to get into the forest.

Jay knows he is defeated as soon as he sees to other tributes start. They are too strong for him to defeat, and he wasnt fast enough to get to anything first. He sighs I want this to be fast... he thinks. He chases after a small looking girl as she scrambles to get supplies. Someone has gotten a bow and arrow and shot an arrow towards her. He pushes himself to go faster and makes it ot her before the arrow. It goes through his heart and he falls to her feet, her scream muted as the world fades to black.

Finn leaped off the platform. He raced to the cornicopia, keeping low. This was part one of the test. Not passing it would show he was week, and unworthy. He WOULD get through this. Finn was determined. He grabbed some of the first things he saw: A knife, some cloth, a fishing rod, Medicine, and a blanket. He raced toward the forest, keeping low.
Missy's heart was beating fast. Oh god, she was so scared. She was NOT prepared for this, not in the least. She leaped off her platform. She knew, because she had no skills with survival, that she MUST get food. She ran the cornucopia, but stumbled. She was near the cornucopia. She fell on something sharp. It hurt, it was like digging into her chest. Missy was getting dizzy, and she couldnt see straight. What was that warm stickiness? She didnt have the time, nor the energy, to find out. She laid down, unable to support herself. She closed her eyes, Im sorry sis, she thought, Im so sorry I couldnt make it home to you... Slowly the sounds died, and nothing hurt anymore. Missy didnt get up again.

After her tube had raised her up intot he arena, Kalia didn't bother to look at the scenery. Her eyes darted between each of the tributes. She had no chance running to the cornicopia but she might be able to retrive a few items before running of into the woods.
When the minute was up, Kalia ran sidways as of to the cornicopia. She retreived one sharp rock that she really didn't think was techincally one of the objects, one small tube of medicine, a short lengh of rope, and about two square feet of cloth.Kalia tried to avoid going anywhere near the fighting, and sprinted towards the woods, as far away from the others as possible.

Lance ran to the Cornicorpia. He was shot in the thigh with an arrow but that only made him more desperate to grab weaposns. He managed to get a knife, bandages, medicene, and a brigt blue backpack. Then he ran till he could only limp into the forest.
