Here you may create a character from one of the 13 districts or the capitol. You will live your life in this district unless you are picked to participate in the Hunger Games, a game where a girl and a boy from each district between the ages of 12 to 18 are sent into a battle of survivale. The Hunger Games is just a way to force the districts to fear the capital, another reminder of there power is district 13. They where bombed by the capital and all think they are gone but they might be wrong. District 13 was sent into hiding for the capital feared them because district 13 made highly weapons.
