Missy walked up, swallowing her fear. She had to be strong, if not for herself, then her sister. She smiled at her sister, who was weeping and sobbing uncontrollably. She swallowed her nervousness.

Louis smiled. Dumb luck can be good for you sometimes. He was, after all, a Career. Fancy houses and all...it was quite exciting actually. He saw the girl across from him...rather pretty, actually. "Hello, Missy," he said, taking a sweeping bow. It was a bit sad that she was going to die. He hoped he wouldn't have to be the one to do it.

The girl curtsied--how sweet! Her smile was thinner than a piece of paper. It was obvious that she really didn't want to be here. He grinned at his family, who were beaming proudly back, then turned back to the child. "Scared?" he asked, but in a friendly way, not tauntingly like he was asking it in his head. He wondered idly if they would be allies. Well, why not? After all, no point in turning down someone pretty.
