the balls are spun and the announcer picks the names. Girls first, then boys. She reads them:

Kitiana ran a nervous hand through her hair. "Well knows the moment of truth." She muttered nervously. Her name was in there so many times from tesserae, but at the same time she wouldn't mind getting picked. She needed to avenge her sisters death - She had been taken unwillingly... and so, so brutally! "Kitiana Le'Roy!" With wide eyes Kitiana looked up, before slowly making her forward.
This was it - now was her time to show Panem that the Le'Roy's were not a family to mess with.
