Plot:
There are twelve districts--thirteen if you count the one destroyed by the capitol-- all ruled by the capitol, which is a very wealthy area on the California side of the Rockys. District thirteen was destroyed because they defied the capitol however many years ago. The other districts pretty much work for the capitol. They are mistreated, and underfed because the capitol takes most of their products. Once a year, each district is required to send two children (age 12-18 ), they call them tributes, to the Hunger Games where they are forced to fight to the death. Every twenty five years there is a Quarter Quell, where a rule is added or modified.
You are allowed to have District 13 refugees, in District 13 and other districts.

i looked this up on the internet, and im sorry if its wrong, but
Here are the district occupations:
1. Luxury Items
2. Medicine
3. Factories
4. Fishing
5. Mathematical/Genetical Research
6. Scientific Research
7. Lumber
8. Textiles
9. Hunting
10. Livestock
11. Agriculture
12. Coal Mining
13. Nuclear Weaponry
please tell me if you think you know better answer for one of these, mostly five, im pretty sure the others are mostly right.

We are going to bring down Snow and the Capital. The rebels will win but even after they win we can create a new menace and a new storie. It will work out great.

were going to wait a bit before we do the revolution. do maybe two or three games, maybe one depending on what everyone wants, but what would the fun be in taking down the capitol right away? that would practically ruin the point of the guild.

I guess if you made the capitol fall the way it could be is that the hunger games are reversed and the capitol kids have to fight to the death.
But I think the main purpose would be ruined and then you would have to make a whole new goverment soo i would stay in control of the capitol.

REBELROCKER1girl I guess if you made the capitol fall the way it could be is that the hunger games are reversed and the capitol kids have to fight to the death. But I think the main purpose would be ruined and then you would have to make a whole new goverment soo i would stay in control of the capitol. That's kinda just making the games stay alive. I thought the point was to abolish the games and make nobody else suffer. Plus it's not really the kids' fault they were born into the capitol, like it's not the kids' fault they were born into the districts. making them fight would do no good. Just create tension AGAIN.

Just create tension AGAIN. well, I thought the whole point of the guild was to portray the events that took place in Panems society I really wasn't trying to support the violence that is in the hunger games. I was only giving my view of what the guild owner are going to make happen. The book, Mockingjay even states that they were going to make the kids of the Capitol fight although they did not go thru with that plan but I agree it would just support the violence and not do any good. But I think if you try to abolish the games we would have no purpose so I think we should stay with the idea that Suzanne Collins created. ( Sorry if I offended you with my thoughts of what they should do with the guild and I wrote this explanation to justify smile

they did make the Capitol kids fight, but only one game. i dont think we will have the Capitol kids fight, because we would run out, eventually. Like Puzzle Leafs said, we will probably make another threat. but we have time to figure that stuff out.
