For right now I will accept all staff applications for consideration. I want your name, age, reason you want to be staff as well as amount of time you are willing to dedicate to the guild. Be sure to tell me if you do not accept PMs from non-friends, because I intend to PM those I am considering to explain to them the very simple requirements of staff, and possibly conduct a mini interview type thing.
I hope to get responses, we shall see.

My name is Kimberly, I am 16 years old as of June 29th. I really like this guild and am very dedicated to it. I will dedicate all the extra time I have to it. I may miss a couple days here and there for known reasons but I'm usually on for hours at a time when I do get on.

Okay, well I obviously haven't been around much, which is one of the reasons I'm looking for staff. I'm not even sure if I stopped by and promoted you without giving this information. Generally, you'll be expected to recruit, run a thread or two on your own, and work to keep the threads that are up active. We all go in and out of being active but staff will be expected more than most to work on stuff and help me organize stories. There's a staff room and I'll be working things out there, and once in a while we'll plan meeting around everyone's schedules. I'm pretty sure there are no "ranks" here, but you'd be in charge on recruitment to a moderate extent, keeping things active and possibly some thread moderation. What I'm offering is a little bit of a lower position, and I'd still expect you to run most of your bigger ideas (and teaching ideas) by me, at least for the time being. Let me know what you think.

Hmm, there was a misunderstanding, anyhow, how about I promote you and we'll talk about your actual position in the staff room as well as the problems we find with this guild. also, I recommend you check out the role-playing forum.
