This is merely the temporary announcement. In general, I expect people to mention what it is they wish to discuss about a given topic when they post it here. This board may include such things as politics, philosophies, philosophers, science, literature as a topic, sociology, anthropology, and anything else you deem to fit in an academic discussion forum.
Authors and books are not to be discussed here, as they belong in the forum of writers past.
If I find that something does not belong, I will move it and explain why. If I find that there is a trend wherein a certain type of topic I don't think belongs appears often, I will try to raise the money to give it its own sub-forum. (As some of you may have noticed, most of my funds are donated to this guild).
I warn that I may post certain topics without saying what I want to discuss, but that is because for the most part I am highly educated in those topics (especially philosophy) and don't want to lose any chance of enticing a discussion. Furthermore, I am a tremendously busy person and try to dedicate as much time to this guild as possible. As it stands, I am trying to open certain topics for discussion, but will likely wait until a later time before explaining why exactly.
The dedicated writers' guild.
This guild is for serious writers who want to work with others and for writers who want to access resources to help them with their work.
