✪ Story ✪
_" Alchemy; the science of understanding deconstructing and reconstructing matter. However, It is not an all powerful art. It is impossible to create something out of nothing. If one wishes to obtain something, something of equal value must be given. This is the law of equivalent exchange, the basis of all Alchemy. In accordance of this law, there is a taboo among alchemists, Human Transmutation is strictly forbidden. For what could equal the value of a human soul?"
__It has been a few years since the Elric brothers had defeated "Father" and Ed had lost his alchemic powers after bringing back Alphonse's body from truth. Since then, Ed has married Winry after returning from his travels to Xing to learn alkahestry. Since then, Amestris has began the long process of rebuilding society and replacing the old corrupt government heads with new officers. Even the restrictions on the Ishbalen restrictions have been lifted by the current Fuhrer, Roy Mustang. State alchemists are still being enlisted to those who wish to join the ranks of the military. To some extent, they are still considered "The Military's Dogs", but nowadays, they are assigned only to protect and rebuild cities and towns.
However, hiding in the shadows exists a new threat. There is a group former top military heads who have been dishonorably discharged who still believed in the old ways where they had absolute power. They sought to bring back those days. So they created a terrible sin against nature, and opened the gate of truth to bring back an old enemy from the gate. This being was given a leftover philosopher's stone and gained a human form. As a result, Homunculi and this evil entity once more assumed the title of "Father" although he is not nearly as powerful as he once was. He was weak after creating the new generation of humunculi and now his only purpose is opening to the gate to bring out more homunculi before his body wastes away.

02. Obey the Gaia ToS.
03. PM profile to me. Do not post them here or you will be black listed!
04. If you're going to be unable to RP for a while, then PM me and any of the people you were presently RPing with, so that they can continue the story without you, until you come back. If you have decided to not RP anymore, I'll have your character killed off in the story.
05. Do not put a pirate in your post
06. Title the PM "Sin with me" for a homunculi, "I'm Baaaaack~" for the Canon Characters, and "We are for the people" for State Alchemists, "Don't mind me" for non-state-alchemists, Chimeras, normal people, ect...
07. When speaking in out of character, use ( ) or [] or {}. And put a twisted at the top of your post so I know you read the rules.
08. Romance is extremelly encourage but absolutly NO cybering! It is against the rules and is disgusting! (do it in a PM rp or something if it's necessary)
09. All characters have a weakness! Even Greed's ultimate shield can be weakened!
10. No killing another character without permission from the user, that will get you black listed!.
11. Do not send a profile then don't post, you must post at least once a week, if you do not and do not notify within that week as to why you can't post you will be black-listed.
12. NO GOD MODDING, AUTOHITTING, AUTO DODGING. I can not express it enough.

Fuhrer Mustang was busy sorting out stacks of paperwork with little help as his staff was a little short handed at the moment. It has been two years since the Elric brother's defeated "Father" and things are still in the process of reconstruction. "ugh....So I finally achieved my dream of becoming the top dog...and all that really awaited me were these giant stacks of paperwork!?" Roy shouted very loudly, making some of the staff in the office helping him with some of the paperwork jump with a little shock. He leaned back, putting his hands behind his head and spun around his chair so he could look out the large window behind him, right on into some of Central. In the past two years, a lot of Amestris has been rebuilt after so much destruction, especially in Central itself. However, despite two years of rebuilding, there is still a lot of work left to do. A lot of Fuhrer Mustang's staff were a little annoyed that their Fuhrer was complaining about the amount of paperwork, considering Roy spent practically the whole day on the phone talking and romanticizing with women on the military's private phone service. Despite becoming 'Fuhrer King Mustang', the Flame Alchemist barely changed a bit. "...now where is that regulations document?" he muttered as Roy searched through his desk. Eventually he found it under a mess of office supplies and other important documents. Soon enough, a sly smirk appeared on his face. "I think a little change shall be made here" he said for all his staff to hear. Most of them probably never even heard of Roy's plan that he stated years ago, but when he shouted that he had an important change of regulations to make, many of the staff cheered up as they thought he was going to be serious for once. They were wrong. Roy pointed into the air and stated. "As of now! I shall begin a petition that all female officer's uniforms will now have, instead of the common pants,....mini skirts!!!" he shouted. Many of the staff members were just about ready to give up and leave, but decided to be smart and continue to work.

Reikon was sitting on a street corner in Central City, just eating a rather delicious lunch he bought from a small store, and was watching people just go by. He was on a lunch break from helping people out with rebuilding a few things like homes, shops, ect. All his alchemy did was create ice to be used as support beams until steel ones could be placed, many would say that Reikon was rather useful. When buildings were finished, the alchemist would used the water in the air and turn it into vines that crept up the sides of those buildings to make them look more hospitable. Getting back to the present, Reikon ha just finished his lunch and decided to walk around the sections of the city that weren't destroyed. It was nice seeing how the atmosphere around the whole city felt so peaceful.

Lie was actually in to mood to draw but didn't have her favorite color. Lie looked around and saw a human walking around. she made a little devilish smile and pretended to be hurt. "Ow my ankle it hurts." she said lying. the person walked over and offered to help. Lie took out a hidden dagger and sliced an X in his chest. she took the blood and drew a picture it was a symbol of something. she called it her symbol.

To a passerby, it would appear that the girl was talking to herself... "I guess... But I dont want you to spend too much time there Ava... Came a little voice from the diamond pendant hanging around Avalon's neck, which houses the soul of Avalon's younger sister Katalina.⊰ ✾ ⊱xx "Oh, you worry too much Kat. I feel fine. Reikon was walking around the city some more just for the sake of walking. All the while, he was lost in thought about how his first State Alchemist's Evaluation was only two days away. Eventually, he found himself near Central's Military Headquarters. "hm, I didn't think I would walk here....I must have been a little too lost in my thoughts....but what am I going to do for my evaluation?" he wondered out loud. He then though of an idea and speed walked to the library to find information about certain things. After he got there and flashed his pocket watch at the recpetionist, he was given access to the military files. After a few minutes, he was sitting at a table going through examples of past state alchemists' evaluations. As he was reading, Reikon was also taking notes about taking tiny bits and pieces of those examples and mixing them with his artistic alchemy style. "all these are good....but perhaps I should confront Major General Alex Louise Armstrong for some further tips..." he muttered
