Yes, I know we hate 'em, but we gotta have 'em.

So, welcome to Team 2 of PIKA (I'll figure out a team name later). If you're right inbetween San Diego and LA, then you're in the right place. For example, Vista, Oceanside, Carlsbad, etc. area.

In addition to the lovely rules here, courtesy of Pleurer, we've got our own unique team rules. (Not so much unique. I admit, I copied them from the other teams. They sounded good to me.)

1. Acceptance is not automatic. You must fill out an application form, and an officer (probably me or Pleurer or any of the other officers) will accept/reject you. If you are rejected, we will offer an explanation as to why, and you may re-apply two weeks later.

2. We will try to avoid doubles at all costs. The only exception is if that character has multiple, significantly different outfits.

3. You will not be required to do a masquerade, nor are you required to have amazing sewing skills. Just as long as the costume looks awesome.

4. ACTIVITY! You must be decently active. If you aren't, you're a drain on the team and you may be "let go."

5. Skimpy outfits are fine, but I don't want anyone nearly naked.

6. I'm all for originality, but try to keep costumes within 70% accuracy of their canon counterparts. That's subjective, I know. If you're in doubt, shoot me a message or post it in the forums for critiques!

7. No harassment. There will be sexy people here, so this may be hard, but keep it in your pants, okay?

8. You do not have to stick with our cosplay team all days of a convention, though we do prefer you cosplay once with us. Feel free to do your own cosplays outside of this group. We don't own you.

9. Drama really gets me down, so let's play nice kiddies.

Most importantly, we're here to have fun! Cosplay is a hobby so don't feel too restricted or intimidated. Prepare for new friends and awesomeness.

MAJOR REPUTATION for referring people and securing photoshoots!
