Announcement 1
If you're going to travel or you are not going to be able to be online for more than a week, you must sign your name on here or your guild status will be "Idle"! We had very lazy members in our old guild, but since it is summer people are leaving and traveling, not bothering to bring their laptops. You must sign your name here and I will put your name up in the next post. But if you do not say a word we won't know you've gone on vacation! Then you'll be banned, and proclaimed "idle". On the other hand, signing your name here will mean that your status will be "vacation". Also, please tell how long you are going to stay on "vacation" mode (it has to be longer than 7 days). It's best if you say you are going to be on vacation longer than expected. That way, if yo come back on Gaia and visit the guild before that day you can still stay in the guild. For instance, say you're going to Canada for a short time. You're not sure when you're going to go, but you think it's around two weeks. You sign your name here, saying that you will be gone for three weeks. But instead you come back only 12 days. You will still be in the guild and your status will become "active" again. Note: If you stay idle for two weeks you will be sent a notice. If you do not return to the guild within another week you will be either banned or demoted.
Please notify the other guild members of this if possible. Thank you for your cooperation.
What will happen if you don't post:Quote: Dear ♥Rainbow Prism Shards♥ Member, We have noticed that you have not been active lately. If you do not post with in 1 week, you will be demoted/banned. Remember that we cannot have inactive members in our guild, unless you have signed the announcement that tells about going on vacation or not being online. Remember to read the Watchlist when you are back in the guild, posting again. You will be sent a final warning in 1 week saying if you do not post you will be PERMANENTLY banned next week. Announcement 2 of This Thread
We are going to enforce a busy status. If you are too busy to go online or come to this guild, we will gladly give you the "busy" status. However, by doing this you will agree that you will post at least once every 4 weeks. The maximum amount of time you can stay in the guild without posting is 6 weeks. Please take this for precautions. Thanks you.
If you wish to be "busy", please PM the Captain or Vice Captain.

I was not sure where to put this but xX_THErainbowBATcat_Xx sent me a message saying that it is alright if she is removed from the guild.
Anyways, I can remove her if any of you higher-ups want me to.
I just want to have permission or validation since I am just a crew member and I should share stuff about the members. >w<

I will set up a thread in the crew only forum so that you can announce information about banning inactive members.

I think this sounds kinda cool. What if someone goes on vacation and its a surprise vacation and they cant get online the entire time their gone.

Even though she doesn't admit it, she's a girl at school that I know. I used to be a tiny bit shorter than her, but now I'm taller than her by almost an inch. Is this the start of my growth spurt?
