Please keep in mind that you should read this list at least three times a week to check your status and others, too. There is no need to post something here to say you are active. If you wish to post, you can post in the other topics. Although posting is not necessary, you may post here.
*Updates will be made at least twice a week by a Crew Member*

If you notice any suspicious activity that is against the guild rules and the Gaia ToS then please PM it to the Captain or Vice Captain, including who made the post, which topic it was in (or the topic name, if they made a new one), and what it said. We will be able to handle this kind of situation, and investigate what you have reported.

Keeping up this list is hard work, so although we try our best we are having problems keeping up
with this ever growing guild. So please if we have any information wrong or that needs to be updated feel free to PM
any crew member or the captain or vice captain. we will try rather hard to keep this up to date.

Attention Crew:
When It comes to the member list lets just keep up with their current status and if you feel someone has been inactive for more then a month please feel free to Pm them, and post it in the crew forum so they don't get multiple warnings.
When you warn them please also let them know that:
If you are to busy to be frequently active in the guild
please let us know and we will change your status to busy.
And if you happen to find that someone is active, seeing the time they last posted on the Member List, and find that their status is "Idle", please change it, and vice versa.

I have noticed while I was sending inactivity warnings to people that some of you have set your PM status to friends only. If you wish to keep it that way, you must stay active, or you'll get banned without a warning. Thank you for noticing.
