How Do I Become A Creative Specialist?
Temporary
You can become a temporary creative specialist (not committing to the team, but just posting a few ideas here and there) by simply posting your ideas whenever they pop up.
Permanent
You can become a permanent creative specialist by submitting an application (which is found in the Guild Handbook to your captain via PM. You will then be promoted as an official crew member and be asked to submit a new idea weekly.
Will Someone Else Take Credit For My Idea?
Never. When you post a new idea, that idea is not deleted. Therefor your name will always be next to your idea.
