Simple, instead of InuYasha, they could have had SesshoMaru be the hanyou! Sesshy may be sexy, but InuYasha has a heart! (Unless you read fanfic)

I think InuYasha was good to begin with, so I have no corrections to the show. I loved it the first time I saw an episode and I have loved it ever since so I would say that the writer/s did an amazing job with InuYasha. Just my opinon.

I think InuYash is the best anime ever. There's nothing that should be changed. It's perfect the way the series is. :3

Honestly, I thought InuYasha was going to be this lame, stupid anime that my friend just wanted to make me watch to waste time... But I fell in love. My first comment, however, was, "who's the girl with the cat ears...?" blaugh blaugh

P_Tama Honestly, I thought InuYasha was going to be this lame, stupid anime that my friend just wanted to make me watch to waste time... But I fell in love. My first comment, however, was, "who's the girl with the cat ears...?" blaugh blaugh Exactly the same thing I thought! a few years ago I absolutely hated anime! "stupid chinese crap!" that's what i used to think. But i was being prejudice, I never saw any anime whatsoever. My parents probably contributed to that. They hate it, but I want so much to bring the art of anime into their lives as well. anyway a friend of mine suggested Inuyasha. Of course I've heard of it before but I thought Inuyasha was some sort of cat. I couldn't stop after the first episode! Thanks to Inuyasha, my room is filled with anime posters and merchandise with a japanese style.

they could have at least let the show continue.....i was rlly mad that they canceled it and Inuyasha and Kagomes romance was just starting to get good.....T.T

Well, Sunrise (the studio that produces the Inuyasha anime) had to cancel the show in 2004 because it began to frequently catch up to the manga and caused a lot fillers to be implemented into the show (fillers that do not happen in the original storyline, and therefore have no significance to the plot). If this continued to happen, the Inuyasha anime would have gone way, way down in quality, to the point of lameness. So instead, the show was simply canceled while the manga continued.
Now that the manga has concluded, Sunrise has picked the series back up and is producing episodes to cover the finale. So no fault there, I guess.
