Matthias, leading the caravan from castle, looked more relaxed now that he was out of the castle and back in the forest.

It's not that I don't want to be around royality Matthias thought to himself. I've stood infront of Kings, I've decked a few dukes, and lord only knows what I've done to a few Lords, but it's always been on the battlefield. I've never step foot inside a castle before, much less one as spendid as this one. And the queen, oh lord. Matthias chuckled again to himself. Boy, you need to keep your head in the game. I'll get plenty of chances to talk to her in the future, after all, we are in her employ.

After travelling for several hours, he reached a small glen in the woods, a small little patch where the trees spread out more than normal, with little overgrowth. Running along side this glenn is a small little brook, and in the middle of it, a small tree stripped of all its leaves, and perached Gs'haa; looking quizzical towards the incoming caravaan. "Yes, I know, were alittle behind, but there's no need for that look." Matthias said to the bird, she cried out in reply and lazily took flight to land on his shoulder. Matthias pulled out a small treat for her and handed it to her, she ate it up quickly. Matthias pointed towards the caravaan guards, "I appicate you guys coming this far, but we'll take it from here."

As Matthias said that, 9 men literally appeared out of no where. Tall, seriously faced men, they looked like they were ready to attack. Without words being spoken, the men bowed towards each other. Matthias brought up his hands, and they then danced and moved quickly, flashing signs and words that only the Guardians would know. 3 of the more rugged looking ones stepped forward, nodded their heads, and then responded "As you wish."

6 of the Guardians broke off heading towards Kano, with the remaining 3 taking the supplies back to StarHawks Keep. Matthias watched as the three disappeared into the forest, before he himself joined his Guardians heading towards Kano.
