Necromancer Characters The necromancers are distinguished by their rank, which is signified by what manor of robes they wear. Apprentice, Lesser, and Journeyman necromancers all wear deep green robes, with Lesser baring a cross and Journeymen with the mark of Endor over the left of their chest. Adepts wear black robes, gaining a metal crest for each grade they gain, twelve grades in total. Master Necromancers keep their black robes and crests with the change being that their robes are trimmed with rich gold. In order for one to become a necromancer they first had to have been an apprentice. An apprentice is a necromancer in training and a ward to an adept or higher. Once at the rank of lesser they must then work within the forest of the Lich for a single year before granted the title of Journeyman. A Journeyman may then choose to travel abroad and further their art while living amongst the normal population. After six months a Journeyman may then apply for the rank of Adept, and receive their first crest. After eleven trials they gain every crest available and then receive a ceremony advancing them to Masters of the art. The only thing higher than Masters are Lich, but no Lichs are usable in chapter one.
Necromancers have five Disciplines that they train in. Those Disciplines are Creation, Divination, Manipulation of Bone, Manipulation of Blood and Manipulation of Flesh.
Creation- Creation involves the formation of servants. Golems are the most common of these creations. Creatures made of a single element that are brought to life by a strip of parchment baring the arcane translation of the word, "life." A Golem must do what ever his master demands of him, and can only act on orders given to it from its master. The most basic of Golems are humanoids made of either clay or stone, with fire and water Golems demanding a higher level of the art. Some Golems take different shape and are made of more than one element which cause them to be named some thing else, such as a Gargoyle or a sphinx. There are also creations that branch of from Golem but we will get into these as the story progresses.
Divination- Divination is the communication between a necromancer and a soul free of its physical manifestation. This method can be used to predict the future, or communicate with an earth bound spirit of the area it inhabits. A necromancer can some times even take control of an earth bound spirit, which make for unmatched spies as they are hard to detect if one is not a necromancer.
Manipulation of Bone- Self explanatory, the necromancer can manipulate bone without touching it. Sharp bones can make for deadly projectiles, however a necromancer can only manipulate bone not attached to a soul, so you can not simply rip out the spinal chord of a living person.
Manipulation of Blood-Self explanatory, the necromancer can manipulate blood without touching it. Blood can be used as a massive tidal wave if enough is on hand, however a necromancer can only manipulate blood not attached to a soul, so you can not simply draw the blood from whom ever you please.
Manipulation of Flesh-Self explanatory, the necromancer can manipulate flesh without touching it. Flesh can be sued to ensnare targets or even as a rope for reaching things you cannot get to, however a necromancer can only manipulate flesh not attached to a soul, so you can not simply remove some ones flesh.
this concludes the necromantic segment of the character information

Templar Character Templars are the holy knights in who work for Bishop Rafferdy. They are separated into two categories.
Paladins Paladins are the melee experts of the Templar army. They tend to wear medium weight armor and travel in groups to repel ambushes. The first ranks of a Paladin, are squire, page, and apprentice. A squire is a young boy in the service of a higher ranked paladin. The squire works his way to apprentice where he is then freed from service to his master. The next ranks are Paladin sword barer, Paladin cross barer, and Paladin truth spreader, these are the captain classes. These ranks are achieved through hard work in military service and are signified by what type of chest plate they wear: gray with no markings; sword bearer, White with a large cross in the center; cross barer, white with a large cross in the center, plus a cape and a hood of preferred color; truth spreader. After these ranks there are two more. The confessors are elite and serve as commanders of larger forces, they wear any color of armor they choose but must wear a circlet of silver. Finally the Bishop's fist are the highest ranked paladins and serve as his personal guard. They all wear black armor with red capes and circlets of gold. There are only five of these paladins.
Harlequin Harlequin are archers and make up the ranged combatants of the Templars. They are less complex than the paladins and only have three ranks. Rank one is pup. They are the least respected and are known for their bruised fingers due to inexperience with the bow. The captain ranks of the Harlequin are, Black messengers and Rangers. Black messengers wear black hooded cloak and carry long bows. They are elite and there for are granted a blessed item. Rangers use cross bows and are the only Harlequin that carry a long sword as a side arm. They also are permitted to carry blessed items. The reason there are so few ranks within the Harlequin is due to their chummy relationship with one another, except for Pups.
Weapons: Paladins use any melee weapon available, captain class Paladins may carry their unique captain sword along with any other weapon they choose. Harlequin carry bows, with only Rangers using cross bows. Captain class Harlequin are permitted one side arm with their bow, ranging from knives to short swords. Rangers are the only Harlequin permitted to carry a long sword.
Blessed items: To combat the necromancer and their powers all Templar captains carry blessed items. These are items that use a special ability similar to magic. Blessed Weapons use offensive blessings while armor and clothing use defensive blessings. The blessings themselves are varied and powerful. A Templar however may only have one blessed item.

Necromancer That Which compels me is the voice of[Your Problem0]
Greetings I am[William Eulrick]
My age is[27 years]
My gender is[male]
Those who know me describe as being[William is a very clam man, not one known for out bursts of emotion. He keeps a cold demeanor and does not like to get close to people as all those he has been close to suffered terrible deaths. He is helpful and will do any thing asked of him if he believes the person asking is some one who requires his help. He can show kindness when he is not trying to keep some one at a distance and despite his attitude is kind.]
I am very fond of[William's favorite hobby is Golem creation. He strives to one day make a Golem that is more or less a perfect human that can think on its own, make its own choices and even grow through out the years. He also enjoys solemn walks through grave yards as he some times encounters loose spirits he can speak to. He reads when not at work, and has a collection of necromantic tomes, most of which he received as gifts from far away friends and past teachers.]
I do not take kindly towards[Drinking, he will not stand for drunks and rarely visits taverns, unless he is in need of a drink. He does not like nosy people as he does not want to be taken in do to his being a necromancer. He flat out hates Templars and would not object to killing one. He believes loose stupid women are not worth his time, preferring intelligent necromancers.]
I gathered with the crows because[William was raised in a house hold founded on resisting Rafferdy. His father was a brilliant young necromancer who could not help but smile every day at every thing that happened to him. His mother was a witch of the Lunar coven with a reputation as a healer. William was raised to believe that one day the Templars would see the errors of their ways and join with the Necromancer and witches. William doubted this. It was when he was eleven that he lost every thing. A Templar platoon led by the Inquisitor himself raided the house and took the inhabitants hostage. William was safe however as his mother had hid him in the crawl space below the living room. William waited there and observed the atrocities that occurred. The Inquisitor was over joyed at the finding of both a witch and a necromancer. He set up in the living room and began to question and torture them. William's mother was first, she was set in a chair right above the child, and he was too petrified to move. She refused to answer any of his questions and spat in his face when ever he got close enough. She suffered cuts all across her arms and body, he blood dripped through the floor onto the horrified William. After she was questioned she was tied to a stake which was erected on the floor. His father refused to answer any questions as well and was then forced into a chair and restrained so he could watch his wife burn away. The house was set aflame, and the men left. William emerged from the floor and went to untie his mother, but it was too late, her flesh had begun to crumble away. William then tried to save his father, but could not free him from the chair. The last thing he remember his father saying was, "I am so proud of you." William retreated from his house and collapsed outside to the feet of an unknown man. After drowning his eyes in tears he looked up into the face of who ever he was near. The face wore a hood draped over the eyes, but the smile was seen has a grim sign of remorse. Father Gregor, the famed necromancer who had been on close relations with William's father. He came when he saw the smoke and sought to help. Gregor took William back to his chapel and then began to train him. William was a fast learner, fueled by his hatred of the Templar and hell bent on revenge. After ten years he had at last formed his identity as a great necromancer. He set off into the world thanking Father Gregor for his help and promising to come and see him. That day forth he further increased his skills one day planning on finding the Inquisitor and killing him.]
I specialize in[Creation]but I am also skilled in[Divination, and Manipulation of Bone]
My rank within the Necromancer is[Adept grade nine]
Other information you may need to know[William travels with a large coffin on his back that usually holds his most recent Golem.]
I look similar to this[ ] That Which compels me is the voice of[Your Probelm0]
Greetings I am[The Witch of Endor, both title and cursue known as no other.]
My age is[looks roughly like a girl of 25 years.]
My gender is[female]
Those who know me describe as being[The Witch of Endor his known for her straight to the point attitude which can be regarded as blunt some times. She will only speak when it is of great importance and does not like to waste her time with petty conversations. Despite her outward persona she is a kind woman and likes to forgive those who have made mistakes. She holds no grudges, except against the Templar for the destruction of the witches. ]
I am very fond of[The witch of Endor likes solitude and rest. She also likes young minds that are willing to learn and any one who will believe what she is saying and do any thing in their power to aid her in what ever she may be doing.]
I do not take kindly towards[She does not like Templar or ignorant people as she deems them a waste of her time and not worthy of the breath that they carry in their lungs. She does not appreciate foolishness and is known to be strict to many necromancers.]
I gathered with the crows because[The witch's story will be told as the role play progresses.]
I specialize in[Divination]but I am also skilled in[Manipulation of Bone and Manipulation of Blood]
My rank within the Necromancer is[She holds no rank among the necromancer that can be recorded, she is a Master but never had a single pupil. She is regarded more of a sooth Sayer and a prophet.]
Other information you may need to know[She has no eyes to speak of, but a tight bandage wrapped around her head covering her empty sockets. She sees trhough the use of a spirit she controls that whispers in her ear of what is happening. She gave up her sight to gain an enhanced abilty in divination. You would see no eyes in the sockets, but you would see a small orb in each of spinning blue energy. When her spirit is not enough and she needs to know what is happening that very instant she will throw off her bandages and allow her new eyes to see things that are just about to happen to her, making it appear as though she has razor sharp reflexes.]

That Which compels me is the voice of[User name]
Greetings I am[Aissa Syne Amouria]
My age is[20]
My gender is[Female]
Those who know me describe as being[Well, despite the ever increasing need to drink, she relatively lovely. Syne has the ability to hold some form of conversation with some intellect under her belt. Also, despite the rough exterior she wills everyone to believe, she is pretty kind with a need to have someone she can depend on, or vise versa.. In a way, this is the part of her, she wishes to kill. When not drinking, she's reserved with a soft spoken voice, she's purely placid. However, when this female can get her hands on a bit of alcohol, she will drink it. After drinking, she is a little rambunctious and usually disappears from sight. But if she is found, and drunk, she will most likely cause some form of unwanted mischief, in other words, she's pretty playful. ]
I am very fond of[ She's fond of alcohol, of course, but also rainy days and star filled nights. The forest is among some of her favorite places due to the sweet placid clam it brings. Syne's favorite things are reading books like and similar to that of the Necronomicon. Reading, over all, is an all time favorite, along with causing some form of chaos. Oddly enough, this individual enjoys staring out into water edges, where the moon collides with the Earth.]
I do not take kindly towards[By God, she hates Templars. Why? They're trying to diminish her 'race', something she cannot have! Syne hates those who mock her and her kind, she cannot stand things that she wants but cannot have. Although, the most hated thing would have to be her emotions, that deep sea that surges deep within her veins and dares to try and buck forward. Still, she feels 'human', although her desires are to be as far from one as possible. She was to be a complete Necromancer, one without petty emotions to get in her way.]
I gathered with the crows because[ Well, it all started when her mother and father began to undress-, oh, wrong story. To be truthful, she's a b*****d, her father is unknown. Her mother was the town's harlot, to nicely put it. Syne was the only child conceived from all the men her mother had 'helped'. Although, it's truly unknown where or how she came about. The name Syne was not placed upon her by her mother, but by the town. Originally, it was Sin, but with her wild and creative mind, she shifted the letters, keeping nearly the same sound. Anyhow, to continue. Her mother kept to her harlot ways to be sure her child had food and an education, although the fact her mother was a harlot never really helped out around town. Even at a young age, she was eyed as 'candy'. Syne pretty much grew up in the alley ways of the town, picking at what little bread and meat her mother could afford. And she never questioned her mother's ways as she got older, it was natural, the way her mother acted. However, Syne would not chose the same path her mother had, for her mother would never allow it. At first, this young girl took to stealing, creeping up along vendors who were unsuspecting and stealing their fruits, just enough to feed herself and mother. So how did little Syne come across the Necromancers? Well, she was always told to travel off when her mother took to her deed and simply explored the town and it's surrounding areas until she felt ready to come home. A few times she came up upon some rather weird but intriguing people, she studied them and ran when they looked in her direction. Yes, she feared the group and yet, found herself so deeply interested in their actions and ways. Syne wanted to be just like them.. When she turned 11, her mother had a customer who could not pay in gold or silver. Instead, he offered her mother a book, telling her to give this to her child for learning purposes. It was a tome that would tell her about the world she so long to be apart of. Without thinking, the mother turned the book over to her child who now lost herself in nothing more but reading and feasting of the Necromancer's secret. It didn't take long for her to finish off the tome, never letting any others eyes touch it's delicate pages. By now, Syne had reached her 12th birthday and deemed herself fit to venture into the woods where she had seen them.... Syne never returned; her mother and the town [little did they care], deemed her dead. Ever since then, Syne has been with this group, growing and learning. She is relatively a fast learner, but tends to wander too quickly from the set task/lesson at hand...]
I specialize in[Divination]but I am also skilled in[Creation and Manipulation of Flesh]
My rank within the Necromancer is[Adept Grade One]

Templar That which compels me is the voice of[Your Problem0]
Greetings I am[Roderick Pearson]
My age is[27 years]
My gender is[male]
Those who know me describe as being[Roderick is rash. He will dive head first into a situation without first deciding on a proper course of action, depending on his fighting skills and strength to get him through alive. He is rough and rude spending most of his time out with his friends at taverns drinking large amounts of achoal. He does not like necromancers and regards them as freaks that need to be exterminated at all costs. He will go out of his way for a good fight and will challenge any one who would deny him this right.]
I am very fond of[Achoal, loose women and fighting. Get him in a bar when he is drunk beyond measure fighting a few guys before he goes home to have his fun with a tavern wench and he is in paradise. He also enjoys sadistic acts involving the utter humiliation of whom ever he fights, such as binding them to a pole and having people throw rocks at them.]
I do not take kindly towards[Roderick hates any thing and everything to do with Necromancy. He calls it sick and unnatural going against every thing that people should stand for. He also does not like intellectuals claiming ones mind can not block a sword swing, there fore he will never let some one with higher intelligence defeat him. Roderick does not enjoy taking orders and prefers to work with people below him so he will not have to. He is also not fond of people cockier than himself, and women who he claims are acting out of themselves.]
I serve the Bishop because[Roderick comes from an upper class family and wanted to become a paladin since he could remember. He used to play knights in his yard, leading his small group of friends on adventurous crusades into the unknown thicket. It was when he was fifteen that he began training as a squire. His master was great knight of fine reputation. He was kind to Roderick and passed on everything he knew, about knight hood and about life. After two years of noble service he attended his master one day on a hunt to capture a dangerous necromancer. The tracked down the scum and were prepared to bring him in, when the necromancer managed to fire a shaft of bone from his arm into the master's heart. Driven mad with grief and anger Roderick took his master's sword and used it to mutilate the necromancer. He came back to the capital city with his master's things which he then gave to a lord. After that event he worked like a maniac to achieve what he has. He has kept his burning hatred of everything necromancer and has one solemn vow to destroy every thing and any thing they stand for to avenge his master and put an end to the madness. He is currently residing in the capital city, but he is ready to put his plan into action, an assault a necromantic stronghold with his group. ]
My blessing from god is[Roderick has in his position a pair of metal gauntlets fringed with red metal and linked together by a heavy metal chain. He calls them The Fists of Atlas and they grant their wearer high amounts of strength, so much that Roderick hardly uses his sword in combat.]
My rank within the Templars is[Confessor]
Other information you may need to know[Roderick leads a small group of Paladin sword bearers and loves to be in charge.]
