Hmmm...this one is a tough one.
I would have to to say Lord Folken.
Something about a man with blue hair, tattoo, black wings, nice muscles, and a metal arm is just plain awesome.

Me favourite Character is Dilandau. He has shown to be the most unique and incredible whacked nutjob (Except for Joker) in anything as the main villian. He would be my most favourite Anime character, if it wasn't for the fact he has this sex change thing going for him, really that is so messed up!

My favorite character is Allen Schezar. Yes, I know, pretty blond boy etc. That's not why.
He appears to be this perfect, amazing, chivalrous knight, and he certainly tries to live up to the reputation of a Knight Caeli. But what makes him my favorite, are his flaws.
He has a very troubled past, and it comes back to haunt him. You see a lot of his motivation to protect people and take care of others (particularly girls) come from the fact that the two women he cared most about died or disappeared early in his life.
However, he also has great inner strength: helping/teaching Van, forgiving his father, and doing something crazy in saving Dilandau, whom he accepts as his sister.
He's a very interesting character in my opinion, and very much my favorite. ^~^
