Alright and Welcome everyone.
This thread is mainly base on anything that happens in our guild.
I will try to update as fast as i can. Also i might need some Crew members to help.
Please keep in that the underline/most words are the one that has a link to it. (Should be noticeable)

Hey guys!
Sorry I haven't posted here for those of you who check this!
As most of you have noticed, we have a new subforum.
We've had it for what? A week now?
Okay so I haven't opened it yet.
I'm EXTREMELY sorry! I really am!
I just haven't been on enough to surf through other guilds and see how these kind of subforums work so bear with me guys.
You know I love you all and will do everything in my power to make Spiffy a second home to you so don't doubt me effort in trying to update things as quick as I can.
I'll be trying to do as much as I can with the International Club.
**Note: I may be glum/not online as often because 1) I have a lot of school stuff going on and 2) My dad is leaving for Germany on Monday (10/1) and he won't be here for my birthday (10/23) and he may not even be here for Thanksgiving (11/22). So I might not be on just because I'm really sad because I miss my daddy. I'll elaborate on the issue in my blog!

Hello again my fellow Spiffizens!
Your beloved captain (jk) has been very busy!
I've been pretty tired lately.
At most (this past week), I've slept 4 hours at night.
I think the least amount of sleep I got was Monday night, and I only slept for 2 hours.
Well ANYWAYS, I'll be opening an OFFICIAL (yes, official makes everything better!) Captain's Blog thread so you guys can know what I've been up to and respond and all that fun.
I'm at a lostt of words right now so I'll post more later and open my OFFICIAL Captain's Blog later.
I have to go make dinner for my mom and me now.

Guild Spotlight

***NEW: I will be using a new method to pick the Guild Spotlight member. A couple of days before the first of the month, I will put up a poll based on the people I think should be on the Guild Spotlight. The runner up to the position will be put on the poll for next month and will get a free grace vote as I will not be voting except for the runner up from the prior month. If you're name is not on the poll, or someone you think she be on the poll, for the guild spotlight, please feel free to nominate someone and the poll will be reopened. But be warned, you only have 12 hours to nominate someone once the poll has been made so post your nomination quick.
Also, when you vote we please please please ask that you post who you voted for and type maybe 1-2 sentences on why you think they deserve it. I'm tired of having to write these things myselves guys. Come on and help me out.

The Guild Spotlight consists of one member in the guild who has gone above and beyond the call of a regular member.

**EDIT: Instead of a "weekly" Guild Spotlight, we will be having a monthly Guild Spotlight. The reason is because I don't have time to be on during the week so I can't see who's been doing what. And lately it's only been the same members posting and there's all these inactive members so it's hard to choose who should be in the Guild Spotlight.
I'll post the monthly Guild Spotlight member on the first Sunday of every month.
Soon there will be voting/nominating system for the guild spotlight.

Donating to Spiffy

Some of you may want to help and support your guild.
So here's a little info on how to.

DON'T donate through the guild home.
It only sends money into the guild account which can only be spent on subforums and as you can see we have plenty of them right now.

If you want to donate, you can send a trade or gift to the guild mule [x_Spiffy Rocks].
Anything is welcome as a donation.
So if you would like to help your guild, click the mules avi and send a trade.

All gold will be used for guild contests.

I have no where else to put this list-in-progress, so here it is.
As I mentioned in an earlier post, under my To Do List, I'll be adding a new section to the guild home featuring the great artists that can be found in Spiffy; which includes: avi artists, banner makers, and just plain artists.
At the moment, I've only posted people who's art I've found somewhere in the Literature & Art subforum.
Please post here if you want your name added to this list and post a sample of your work.

Inviting Members for Rewards!

Yes! You read right folks!
If you get members to join, you get a reward!
No, this is not a joke; We're not trying to mess with your b

You may be wondering why we're doing this so I'll save you the time of asking the question by answering it now:
Spiffy is dying. Our member activity is declining. I'm dead serious, this is no joke. I've worked so hard for Spiffy and I don't want to see it fall apart so I'm willing to spend my gold to get new people coming in with new ideas and posts.

Here are the rewards for getting people to join:
10 members=100g
20 members=750g
30 members=1k
40 members=3k
50 members=5k
Anyone who invites over 50 members will have to PM me (Synthetic Asian) and I will tell you how much you get based on how many people you invite.

But there IS a catch!
The members you invite have to post AT LEAST 10 times upon their joining the guild.

You also may be asking how I will keep track of who has invited who.
Well I'll tell you: You must get the member you invited to mention your telling them to join when they post in the New to the Guild thread. If they don't mention you, I will take it that they found Spiffy on their own and will not assign a reward to you.
