I know I have shot this idea to you Conrad but just getting out for everyone to think about or comment on.

I think we should sail through some arctic waters. I dont have reason as of yet, but feel free to expand upon it. The original idea was that this would create a hell of a time for the Petal Treader. Not to exclude them but in fact have this be there time to shine. Where they pull a bunch of sweet moves. I dont know, its just an idea.

OK! Ideas are rolling. This was a cool idea I had a little while back. Like, each mission and island we come across, whenever we find or recieve our booty, we each find a new, or piece to upgrade our weapons/armor/knowledge(books, tablets, maps). Like when I go solo to the sludgy isles while the squall is at the tournament, mud is at his job, and LS is returning from home, I bring back the Frankenflood (my anchor made of whale/shark bones). So like, Mud's luck would increase because I was thinking his luck would increase with the more gold he owns, or carries. Sadatos could buy a modified harpoon with his winnings and LS would bring back his rifle from home. EH?

BUT--the first mission, I want to be the one where we go and recruit Panx.
This is what I was thinking in terms of beggining (sorta sketchy):

We all get off our ships, and walk into the Poisoned Crab to enjoy ourselves, returning to land. Welllll, our bartender, who I have just decided will be our informer, tells us a story of the 'Golden Silence'. (Not exactly sure what the golden silence is. But I was thinking it would NOT be something physical. It would either be a spell against spellcasters, or a huge proverb. Just something misleading, I know that. Which wouldn't be bad for the first mission, eh?) But it sounds awesome to us, and she tells us where the island is. Ok. So on the island is a commune of mimes. They can speak every language, and are adept in all arts of communication, but you know, it's ironic because they are mutes. They are really skilled relaying what they mean to say though, with -- MIME. But since we are pirates, they take defense, and put up a huge invisible wall around their island. We are being reckless, and hanging out on shore, trying to find a way in. But It happened that earliar, coming back from sea, Panx drops the invisible chest of mime gloves (mystical, mystical things) and loses cause it's invisible. Well he goes back to the commune anyway. Someone finds the chest by tripping over it and horribly injuring themselves, hahaha. Well, we figure out what it is (I was thinking I feel it up, and realize it's a chest, hehe) And someone picks it open. When it opens, it becomes visible, but nothing is inside. I reach my hands in, and when I look at my hands, they have gloves on them. It's weird, but it's like this. OUR mime gloves will represent the weapons we specialize in, and ourselves. So like, I guess my glove would have a little anchor above the knuckles and a lion's mane on the wrist. oooh, that sounds cool. And so like, Squall, you would have harpoon/hooks, Mud, you'rs would be solid sparkling gold with the word b*****d on them, hahahahahahha. Larry, you woudl have like cannon gloves, and so on. Well, mime gloves can break through mime barriers, and we storm the place, since the mimes walls and wall punches are alot less effective against their own mime gloves. The commune shames Panx, and he has nowhere to go, and we find no treasure, and he won't stop following us... He just boards the ship behind us and no one really notices. before we kill him, or throw him overboard, he tells us the of the Golden Silence, and joins.
You guys could keep your mime gloves if you want, but they'd really be of no use, theys just cute novel things I came up with...

That's my idea for our outset, "The Golden Silence".

I was thinking maybe we should have a tournement each month. Either in Yuck or completly outside of it. We could use Yuck charactors or our pirates. To enter you put in a small (or big) amount of gaian gold as a entry fee. The bracket would be completly random, regardless of skill. So newbs (like myself) could end up against a RP god.

an ancient submarine? Wouldn''t an ancient submarine kinda... well... sink in the non-submarine kind of way? O.O unless it''s one of those awesome spiffy artifact-type godly submarines XD

where would we get it though?

Artifact type, yes, restoration time, yes. Excellent calls. We will need a mechanical pilot for it, to help navigate, and restore it. It would be an awesome find.

I suggest the return of The Captain......and everyone else.
