"Fine!" Annie snapped. She covered her mouth and her eyes got a little wide. "I mean... fine... then I'll just go in and buy you some clothes. Good thing too because girls are better shoppers." She forced another smile and darted into the shop.
As Annie browsed through the shop Sasha continued to babble on to her about nothing imparticular. Annie didn't really care for Sasha. She thought she was somewhat of a nitwit. She grabbed an In Da Hood Black Sweater and some In Da Hood Black Sweatpants figuring they would cover him up the best. (She also bought one of those new G-LOL Choke Dollie Top for herself).
Sasha check out everything and handed the clothes back to her in a bag "THat will be, like, 7,830 gold please." Annie grabbed her gold pouch and dumped out the mount she needed. "Like, thank you for shopping at Gambino Outfitters. See you, like, around Annie!"
"Hope not." Annie muttered as she left the shop. "Hold on one sec Gino, I need to get you a mask too." She ran into the Gambino Hat Rack and emerged with a Zorro Mask. "Here, put all these clothes on, an make sure to put up the hood on the sweater."

Gino's eyes widened when Annie snapped at him. 'Oh great, first I made her sad, now I make her angry. God, why do so many other girls like me when I am so horrible to this one!' Gino cried mentally. He felt a slight bit better when she said it again with a different tone, but he was still fighting with his face to not look like he was feeling bad, and being only marginally successful. She emerged with the clothes and then the mask, so he put them on without protesting, since they did cover him up well. He faked a smile at Annie and said "Thanks!"

It was very strange, but along with her far too correct to be normal intuition, Allison had a certain...ability, shall we say, for appearing places very suddenly and without being noticed. It had been a talent of her mother's that she had inherited, and back before her parents met with their unfortunate passings, when Allison still went to school with other children, the tawny haired girl used to use her stealth to listen in on conversations solely to feed more gossip through the school.
Of course, she didn't do it anymore. Well...not much.
Though she did use her quick steps and light footing to blend in seamlessly with the crowd in Isle de Gambino up until she saw Gino and Annie, and at that point, she stepped slinkily out of it, walking up behind them unnoticed and running a hand through her hair before speaking.
"Nice outfit," she said lazily -it was impossible to tell it she was being sarcastic or not. Shoving her hands in her pockets, she stared a little ways away from them before saying anything else. "So why are we here again?"

[YEY SHE'S BACK! xd Anyway the new story plot thingy in the Gaia story is completely different than ours of course, so I don't really know what to do. For now I'll continue with our RP.]
"Alli!" Annie said hugging her. "Hey, I'm so glad you're back. And really I don't know where to go now. We really just came here to get Gino a new outfit. Oh and he remembered something... About me... or... us... sort of..." She didn't know why she added that last part.
She guessed because it was cheerful[ish] news. And she was all about cheerful now. She hated being cheerful. She was never like this when she was with her old Gino. She didn't want the new Gino to always think of her as this cheerful person in her old Gino never came back.
'But' Annie thought. 'I also don't want him to think of me as this depressed, sad, little girl. I guess cheerful makes him feel better. And whatever makes him feel better...'

(( Hey.. I'm alive here... I'll make another post now. ))
Steele had entered the great casino and had passed nearly an hour at the tables, opting to rely on his own skill instead of the automated systems of the slot machines. Poker happened to be one of his favorite games, and he was incredibly good at it. There was not a man or woman alive that could tell when he was bluffing.
After a period of time, he had slowly succumbed to the growing ennui that nagged at his mind. It was at this time that he graciously made his exit of the room and traversed over to Prize & Joy, where he traded in his humble winning for a pair of card shark bands and a deck of the casino's signature cards.
A little later he emerged from the building, hands in pockets, whistling as his green eyes scanned the faces of the denizens of the island, wondering if he would spot the women and the boy from before...

[OOC] Bulletin!
Well, it has been several months since the "Isle de Gambino" thread had been opened to the public, and I am happy to have modded the operations of it. This personal first attempt at modding a RP thread has brought a wealth of success, and I would personally like to thank everyone who participated through the long months before the fall of Gambino had practically brought everything to a halt.
I would personally like to thank...
- All of the Feature Character applicants for their submissions and great play-acting.
- The OC applicants for participating in the thread and making this a wonderful experience.
- And anyone else who has been a great help along the way! Thank you, thank you, thank you! heart
With that... I am now dubbing this thread closed for business and am locking it tightly until further notice!
But feel free to participate in our newest RP! The Daring Adventures of "The Masque"!
