The thin chain on the art with the sasgh at his waist is gold chain set with blue and red beads of some sort, not merely a chain but beaded amd set ionmhold.

Somehow. Inspiration comes frin cgaracters like Setzer Habbioanio, Vampire Hunter D, a little bit Final Fantasy IV, a splash of Castlevania. Possibly. Look I think Yoshitaka Amanoart uynconciously ate my brain so there's what I think inspired the vibe, mixed with the headband and punk/goth vibes.
Boot inspiration should be delightfcully buckly biits like on Demonia's websit!
