Hm, I might have tweak her appearance a little since she's based on a character from Final Fantasy. Slightly different hair style. She has cerulean eyes and strawberry blonde-pink hair correct?
EDIT:
Speaking of characters, I want to try something with Dove and Jon (the scene with her in her undies); and John, Ishon, and Mary (scene where Ishon yells about escaping). That won't be til later and pending permission from the players.

Take it down, are you kidding? I love it! Lol It's adorable. I didn't think it was possible to make him cute, but I suppose I've underestimated the power of Chibi... Won't happen again. Lol

I was going based off the photo. Chestnut will be much easier to replicate! I love Lightning's hair color, but it is SO hard to replicate perfectly. Haha! Yeah my roommates were giggling as I was drawing it. They liked the blood on the bone thingies. I threw that it last minute to attempt to make him scary. Apparently you can't make chibi-anything scary lol

Actually, I considered him as looking vaguely like Larfleeze for some reason, only with a sort of very pale pinkish skin tone and no tusks or an outright snout. Also, Ishon's yelling at Will, whose mind he resides in. As for like, his body... I imagine it looking about as fit as, like, Superman's. But since this'd be chibi, that doesn't matter much. Oh, also, for Sarah's outfit-- I can imagine the black cautsuit she wears, with the utility belt and all, plus the domino mask (think Nightwing or Robin, but also colored black with white "eyes").

First, d'awwww. Second... Hm. I think it looks nice! Though her boots are supposed the same shade as the rest of her bodysuit; the utility belt by itself should be the only thing that's gray. Apart from that, you're golden. Oh, what is it she's holding in her hand?
