Heading through the market place just as the daylight seems to dwindle you head to a store that you discovered only a few days ago, Darkend Illusions. However, to your dismay at first you see a sign in a dark and gloomy window reading "Moved", however taking a closer look at the sign you notice in fine print, "To get to the new location take the ferry in the back."

At first you thought it might be some kind of joke but head to the back of the old shop, and you can't believe your eyes the shop was indeed on the water front and sitting there at the dock was a ferry reading, "Lunis Isle and Isle de Soler." You wonder to yourself which the shop was now on.

You gather your things and step onto the boat and it takes you across to the smaller of the two islands Lunis Isle. There you begin to follow a small path through the trees until you come across what you were looking for. Darkend Illusions.

The sun setting towards the larger of the two islands, Isle de Soler and the moon just appearing in the sky not to far off over Lunis Isle. Surprisingly the shop Darkend Illusions seeming to be trapped in the shadows of both darkness and light.

Just then as you approach the shop a woman walks out of the shop wearing a red vest and black pants with a glowing pendant around her neck as well as a key. Just as you go to speak she greets you...

Welcome to Darkend Illusions, located on Lunis Isle. I am Darkness Everlasting owner of this shop and keeper of some of the creatures you will discover here. You will find creatures like you've never seen before that seemingly like to linger through out darkness and light and most of all like to linger in the shadows between. Just some of the species you might stumble across here are Kal'daka, Darklings, and Mogwai...but who knows what else you just might find. Hope you enjoy your stay at Darkend Illusions.

Oh one more thing before I forget if you get back onto the ferry it will bring you over to Isle de Soler the main island in which you will find the shop Critter Haven another shop in which my co-owner Kylinari owns, feel free to stop by there to find another asortment of creatures like you've never seen before. Once again enjoy your stay on the islands.

Your probably thinking right now what are the perks of being on the mailing list right? Well anyone on the mailing list will recieve a pm at least 10 minutes before any event that takes place such as a raffle, flatsale, auction, etc. So they have a better chance of being around when the event occurs. Kal'daka

The Kal'daka is said to be a very spawn for one of the very demensions of hell however they are extremely loyal and have a rather cute demenor.

Baby
Kal'daka's seem to stay in their baby stage anywhere from one week to two weeks depending on how much their owners interact with them.

Adolescent Kal'daka's are extremely hard to handle and stay in this stage of their lives anywhere from two to three weeks on average.

The adult stage of the Kal'daka is the final stage as far as anyone knows and will stay in this form for the rest of their lives.

Mogwai

There is not all too much information on the Mogwai other then there are three MAJOR rules that comes to owning one.
1. You must never feed them after midnight. What happens you ask? Well as of right now that is not quiet certain but let's not find out (after some time I will buy additional lineart for what happens if you do this).
2. Keep them away from water at all costs, don't even give them a bath or glass of water to drink.
3. And finally the third and MOST IMPORTANT rule. Keep them out of brite light, a camera flash will cause temperary blindness until the light is out but the sunlight will KILL them.

Baby
Mogwai seem to stay in this stage for a week or a little longer. At this stage its rather hard to tell wether they or male or female because they look so much alike.

Adolescent
At this stage one can easily tell weather their Mogwai is a male or a female and has a tendancy to stay in this stage for about two to three weeks.

This is the final stage of the Mogwai cute friendly and as far as we know will stay in this stage for the rest of their lives. (A possible alternate might come later on).

Darklings

There's not much really know about the mischievous, kiniving, evil little creatures I like to call Darklings. There are only a few things that I have noticed other then their evil personality.

Baby
Darklings seem to come forth from the flowers out in Darkend's garden of delicate flowers. So far I've recorded that they come from Roses, and Iris' however there may be more yet not discovered. No single flower is a certain gender as far as I can see it is a random thing...but who knows maybe they take on the same gender as their owners. They last in this stage about one or two weeks.

Adolescent (Cosplay this stage Adult)
Once they come forth from the flower they seem to have skipped anything that might represent a baby or small child and take on an adolescent form, that would probably be a humans young teen stage. This is also when they cause the most trouble. This stage seems to last two weeks.

The noted final stage is their adult stage which is more like a human in their early twenties. The females overly flirtatious and the males always seeming to fight eachother over the girls. Its in someways rather funny to watch. Although calmer then their adolescent stage they're still evil little creatures that always seem to have a hidden agenda. This stage is their final stage as far as anyone knows at the moment.

Lullibis

Lullibis are one of the first of I'm sure many species I (Dark) have discovered since our move to Lunis Isle. They are small rabbit like creatures in which I've noticed nested within the bushes and now have taken a liking to the garden I have planted near the shop. Not to much information has yet to be discovered about this species other wise.

Lullibis start in an egg form in which seem to last in this stage of their lives for about a week.

From there they grow into their bunny like form and seem to still have no differentiation between sexes, this form seems to last any where from 1-2 weeks depending on how much they are taken after.

Their final stage however does indeed have a differentiation between sexes and will remain in this stage for the rest of their lives as far as any of us know.

Ssa

Walking along the property around the island I came to the lagoon and for the first time I noticed set aback hidden by bushes that had grown over the entrance a cavern of sorts. My curiousity struck me and I headed that way where the Ssa were discovered swimming in the water.

Ssa start off as a crtystal and seem to stay in this form from 3 days to a week.

Baby
From there the Ssa grow into a small baby dragon that is still small enough to hold in the palms of your hands. At this stage it mostly likes to sleep. This stage seems to last another 3 days to a week.

At this point your Ssa is now a bumbling child that needs even more care and affection then the past stages now the size of a large cat. This stage seems to last about a week.

Teen
Now your Ssa is at their adolescent teen stage and can be quite a handful now the size of a very medium sized to large dog. This stage lasts anywhere from 1-2 weeks.

Adult
The Ssa is now at its final stage in life and now has differences in looks between the genders, as far as anyone knows this is how they will look for the rest of their lives.

Alti'ui

Looking around the cavern still I notice a nest high above in the rocks and within the nest glimmer a different looking crystal then the ones I just noticed by the water as I look at them closely a flying dragon comes into the cavern over head and to the nest.

Egg
Like the Ssa the Alti'ui starts off in a crystal egg form and lasts from 3 days to a week.

The Alti'ui then growings into a bouncing little baby that seems to yet to know how to fly. This stage lasts another 3 days to a week. At this stage its already the size of a large house cat.

Child
The Alti'ui now becomes more of a handful now taking chances on trying to fly although all it really does is glide around while being the size of a medium dog. This stage lasts around a week.

Teen
Alti'ui at this age are slightly calmer and now know how to fly and develope stronger speaking skills and are now the size of a average human. This stage lasts from 1-2 weeks.

Like the Ssa the Alti'ui now has differation between male and female. The female slightly larger then its teen stage, while the male is about 3/4 of the average human taller then its teen stage. This again is the final stage as far as anyone knows.

Orious

I look around the cavern once more not wanting to overstay my welcome when I notice an ancient looking gong near the back wall and hidding in the rocks is yet another species of dragon.

Egg
This form like the others is that of a crystal and lasts 3 days to a week.

The Orious at this stage are slightly larger then the Ssa but smaller then the Alti'ui and last another 3 days to a week.

Orious at this stage are already begining to express verbal skills and are around the size of a medium dog. This stage seems to last around a week.

Orious teens are bright loyal and love intellect. They are the size of a large (wild) cat and this stage seems to last anywhere from 1-2 weeks.

Orious like the other dragon species discovered now take on different looks for gender and seem to stay in this form for the rest of their lives for as long as anyone knows.

Chath E'et

Standing there in what I thought to be heavens glory in that cavern standing there silent and still the dragons surrounding me with their elegant beauty, the Orious closest to the gong whiped his tail around making the gong ring throughout the cavern. Instincts told me to go yet for whatever reason I could not get my feet to run fasinated by these actions. The sound of the gong caused a glowing sun appear on the wall and the wall seemed to disappear. Now revealed was a beautiful oasis like I had never seen before where phoenix like birds flew throughout the trees and clearing above the water and its waterfall. These birds in which I called Chath E'et, meaning flame eternal.

Chath E'et eggs seem to last in this stage from 3 days to a week.

Thread Rules

1. Absolutely NO stealing, modifing or taking ANY of the lineart found in this shop. If you are found doing so you WILL be reported to the mods.

2. No swearing, racial comments. Please keep the thread as clean as possible. Please keep it at PG-13 RP levels.

3. Please... dont PM me with stupid questions. If you have a question post it in the thread I will get to it eventually or someone else might know the answer.

4. Harrassing and/or begging me for any of these will in turn cause you to have a warning and then be put onto the greylist. Continuation of this will get you permenantly banned on the blacklist.

5. NONE of these species ARE RP REQUIRED pets. However, if you do there are sure to be some perks.

6. NO FLAMING.

7. After your pet reaches its adult stage you will have to save it to your own image host because I won't be able to continue to host them, thank you.

8. Lastly, all the Gaian rules apply.

Auction Rules

1. This shop goes by MID GCG NOT GEN.

2. The only store item accepted is Fairy Wings @ 35k. Unless otherwise stated.

3. Any rare items are accepted @ MID GCG.

4. Co-owning is allowed. But must be specified when bid is placed.

5. No new bidders within the final hour of the auction. If there is a bid war within the last few minutes, there is a 15 minute grace for the opposition to counter-bid.

Prices will vary depending on the pet itself and if any special changes had been made to make the pet more original and unique. So the following are starting prices...

Kal'daka ~ 6k
Mogwai ~ 3k
Darklings ~ 4k
Lullibis ~ 3k
Ssa ~ 8k
Alti'ui ~ 8k
Orious ~ 8k

Flatsales

Flatsales will not always be speed-sales. Sometimes there may be a task at hand. Such as some may have a riddle to solve, where each pet up for sale has its own riddle and you have to solve it in order to get the one you want. A notice WILL be posted of the special flatsale at least 10 minutes prior to the sale.

Auctions

Not much to say here. They will take place at previously explained times and will run for about 2-3 days. The starting bid will depend of what species the auction is for but will typically be around 6k, there will sometimes be an Autobuy as well.

Raffles

Ill post the link in here to the raffle thread and it will continue on until all of the spots are full OR the designated time is over. Sometimes there will be a FREE raffle, and yes when I mean free I mean COMPLETLY free. This is so everyone gets a chance. The catch is, you may only get one ticket.

Kal'daka

Kal'dakas are a very rare spieces whom take pride and joy in everything they do. They usually can be found with a single mate but there has been certain occurances where a Kal'daka has had more then one. When they mate they usually produce anywhere from 2-5 pups.

They can only breed at their adult stage, and a breeding costs 10k. Each owner should pay 5k a piece. There is no way to tell the amount of outcome there will be with the pups.

Also the Kal'daka can only breed once a month, for it is known that the Kal'daka takes care of their pups until they reach their adolescent stage in life and then the adolescent becomes independent and the parents have a chance to rest.

Mogwai

Mogwai are cute cuddly creatures that are severly allergic to the sunlight. When they mate they will have 2-4 babies. They're small creatures so its perfectly understandable that the amount they can have at a given time is a small number as well.

Darklings can breed twice a month. For not much time is need for their bodies to rest after creating the flowers.

*Cosplay Darklings can be bred however only by Darkness Everlasting children won't recieve articles of clothing until adult stage. Cosplay Darklings CAN be bred with regular Darklings as well.

Tired of waiting around for a flatsale and then not getting the one you want? Tried for those auctions but always out bid? Or just want your own custom colors and markings? Then there are always those unique little fellas that are only available through auction and now customs...

Each month Darkness Everlasting and Kylinari will open up a few custom slots in which can be claimed for anyones taking. If you don't have the points for a custom and want one badly enough talk to the colorist that you wish to have and talk and see if they will take any items for payment. Most of the time this will probably be possible.

Cosplay Darklings are only available through Customs or Auctions, these are also only done by Darkness Everlasting. You will recieve 2 images of your cosplay Darkling. An enlarged form as well as its original size. These are done by pixels and are extremely time consuming, taking usually the minimum of 5 hours to do.
