Q: Who is the artist of Edonisu?
A: Gorachii. Except for the first stage lineart which was drawn by the lovely Cheshire.
Q: What about the thread graphics?
A: Renault.
Q: How'd you come up with the name, Edonisu?
A: Renault: I got the name from a CLAMP manga, Tsubasa ;;;. Yes, I know I'm a CLAMP fan, but don't you think that it sound cool? 8D Also, so it doesn't seem like I'm a major CLAMP nut, Edonis was a country in Tsubasa, and it is Edonisu in Japanese kanji. It also means cherry blossom or something, so it isn't a completely random name.
Chai: ... *sigh* It has nothing to do with the story, but that's okay. u u;;
Q: How did you think of 'Lotus flowers'?
A: Renault: Well I think I was inspired by a Hyung-Tae Kim picture. It is of a man and a woman and the woman on a big lilypad with lotus flowers.
Q: How much do these cost again?
A: 10 000g at flatsale.
Q: HOMG!! 10k?! Why so much?!
A: Mainly because these are a fully custom 4 stage pets! (or 5, depending if you RP enough to become a god.) The artist is going to spend a lot of time on these and all are unique.
Q: Do you accept pet trades?
A: No, we don't accept trades.

Q: Do you take bribes?
A: No, sorry! If you have money, just bid in an auction. All auctions will be fully custom so it's like the same thing as a bribe. <3
Q: How often do we have to roleplay?
A: Pretty often. If you do not RP in around 3 weeks, your Lotus will freeze once again and possibly never become unfrozen again, depending on how careless you've been :'< (this means it'll never grow)! If you can't spend time on these pets, then don't try for one in a sale. I'm serious. = =;;
Q: How tall are they?
A: They are about the average human height at every stage, but more elegant looking and a little shorter.
Q: What happens when they go from a Lotus flower and bloom into a toddler?
A: Well a few days after you get the Lotus flower, it will close up and start to take in energy from the outside world and then it will suddenly open and a bright light will emmerse from the flower and your toddler is then born. Be sure to keep it in water and in the sun so that it will be able to grow, or else the growth may be shorter...
Q: How do you become a god?
A: Good question. To become a god, it takes a huge amount of roleplay. Even major quests here and there. These people have to be really determined and have around 2 journal entries per week! This is something you must be devoted to. You will have to fill out a form and stuff when the time comes. You also get uber spiffy art of your Lotus because... well... they become gods and can have cool clothing!
Q: Who are the "Guardians" of the Lotus (Who do we roleplay as)?
A: You roleplay as an older Lotus, who's job is to take care of a younger Lotus until they reach adulthood. This means you were a child yourself once, and can even make up your history with
your old Guardian!
Q: Okay, so basically, we make up a character to be a Guardian? Who takes care of a Lotus provided by the shop (through sale, auction, etc)? Does this mean we can get art of the Guardian?
A: You will receive a simple illustration of your character once you win a Lotus through a sale.
Q: Is it okay for non-guardians, meaning people without a Lotus, to roleplay with other non-guardians and guardians?
A: Yes, that is totally okay. I think it's a great way to get to know other people and to learn more about how the RP will work. But remember to still follow the regular RP rules.
Q: When is the next flatsale/raffle/contest/auction?
A: If you don't see it planned in the Event post, then there's not gonna be one soon... if you see a planned event but it says date TBA, then
don't bother us about it. We'll hold events at our own discretion.
Q: I have a question but I don't see it here... what do I do?
A: We try to detail all possibly questions here, but we probably miss some. Please feel free to post in the thread, but if we don't see it, send a polite PM to us concerning your question.
