~Quiltty Quiltery~

Welcome to the Quiltty Quiltery, where we make Quiltties of all sorts! What is a Quiltty you ask? A Quiltty is a quilt . . . well, sort of. A Quiltty is a special kind of quilt. Some say they're enchanted, but I know that they're quilts who've been made in a special kind of way, causing them to grow into almost cat-like little critters.

Another way to put it is that they're stuffed animals that are... ALIVE!!! Muahaha!

~Stages~

The first stage of Quiltty growth is a tiny Quiltling, about as big as your palm. They can't do anything, move breathe eat, just sit there.

But after a about 3 days (or 4), your tiny quilt grows into a small Qushion roughly the size of your 2 fists together. They can roll around and twitch their ears and make tiny sounds.

Then, after a lot of love and care, and a week or so, congratulations! You now own a full-grown Quiltty. They have no legs, but they bounce around and do almost everything else like a regular cat. They are still creatures of cloth and stuffing, but they seem like creatures of flesh and blood - they even produce their own body heat.

ANTHRO is an optional stage, and you can only achieve it through buying an Anthrofication for your Quiltty or doing something really spectacular. Like something. I dunno. They differ between male and female, and they all have different hair.

The Angelic Quiltties are good Quiltties who have been rewarded for their behavior with big feathery wings and tiny halos.

Lineart: Same as a regular custom Quiltty, but with lineart changes. You choose what they are. Nothing too fancy, though. I will not make anything too similar to the Angelic and Devlish Quiltties.

Cosplay: I don't do clothing. If there is anything really necessary to the character but is on an arm or leg, talk to me and we can work something out. If there's also some clothing that's necessary for the character I can make the fur look like the Quiltty is wearing it.

With a Semi-Custom, you can choose from 3 options; One, a solidly colored Quiltty, Two, a solidly colored Quiltty with a simple mark, like a rose, a shooting star, and so on, Three, a Quiltty with a simple pattern, like stripes, spots, or a different colored stomach.

~Breeding~

Quiltty breeding is not a romantic thing in the least, nor does gender matter. I sew a quilt that looks like the child of the Quiltties being bred. The parents then sit on the small quilt, making it alive (well, a Quiltty Quilt's way of being alive) and creating the relationship as parent/child. This process repeats itself until there are 2 or 3 Quilts. Only 1 Quilt per owner per breeding, though. You can give the extra Quilts away, OR another adult Quiltty can adopt the Quilt as if they are the biological parent.

You can breed between 1 to 5 Quiltties. There will be 1 baby for each Quiltty involved in the breeding. Owners can keep up to 2 babies per breeding. If there are extra, you can give them to friends, or give them to me and I'll do what I will with them... (flatsale, auction, special event, pound, freebie, whatever...)

~Mock Breeding~

If you are a non-Quiltty-owner, but know of a Quiltty that already exists that you want, this could be what to do. How does it work? You give me the description of a nonexistent Quiltty, it has to be very simple, and the Quiltty that you want. I get the owner of that Quiltty's permission, then I make a Quilt that looks like the child of the 2 Quiltties (the existant and the nonexistant one) and I give it to the "owner" of the nonexistant one. There is no relation between the existant parent and the child.

If a Quiltty's owner breaks the rules, I take away their Quiltty and put it here in the Pound, so it can get another loving home. Though you never know, I might just find Quiltties that never had owners and put them here...

Some will be free, others will cost.
