Please take a look through the rules before posting!
1: We work very hard on the art here. So if something is not what you expected,
PM the mule. Do not PM the staff directly. Because we work hard on it, do not steal it either!
2: You can bump while no one seems to be here, but if you can help it, please hold a conversation in correct english while people are here! This means no noob talk, no 1337, etc. If bumping goes out of control, then the rule will be changed. So please use the privelage wisely! We love lurkers, but the thread will be more intresting with conversation.
3: Please wait until the mule opens upcomming events. Do not PM the Mule or Staff about when Events will take place. If it hasn't been posted in the news, the date will remain unknown until it is posted.
4: You can not reserve the right to any creature before or during any sale. This means you can not discourage, threaten, or claim! You may post a desire for a creature. You may even post/PM suggustions for creatures not seen.
5: Do Not BEG! There may be times a member of the staff will do a handout, but the occurance of this is rare. Even if you are our friend, begging is just annoying.
6: Once you have posted your response for an event (posting the number of tickets, the desire for a certain creature in a FS, a bid, etc.) That post becomes FINAL! You can not edit it! If you made a mistake, please quote the post and state what you'd like to fix.
7: Please Label everything! A PM with a blank or unclear subject will be ignored and deleted. A trade without a label will be cancled. If you would like to donate, please label it a donation!
8: We Greylist and Blacklist at our discression. By posting, you are agreeing to the rules here and accept punishment for breaking them!
9: Co-owning is not accepted at the moment. If the occassion arises that it can be made possible without confusion, this may change. Don't hold your breath, though.
10: You may own as many critters as you'd like! Though, there will be times that a newbie event will occur. Please understand and cheer on the newcommers!
11: There is no RP requirement. RP and lurkers are encouraged though! Please stop by and say hi to the shop once a month. If you don't, you may not be considered for future events. We understand you may have a life too, so if something comes up, just post it.
12: Read the first page before posting! If you ask something that's answered here, we will ignore you...

The answers that follow are as good as rules, please read them.
Q: How do Auctions/Raffles/Flatsales/Customs proceed?/ How do I buy one?
A: Check the appropriate section for procedures and rules.
Q: I love this! Can I have one?
A: These are only available through shop events. You can come when the events are active and participate.
Q: I know everything about DnD, you should do this!
A: Suggestions are definitely welcome! However, please don't send us a PM with pages of fandom that are of no use. Furthermore, please don't send us a PM of discrepancies and inaccuracies, we've covered that in our disclaimer.
Q: Hey! My friend said they got one for free? Your rules say no freebies! scream
A: Read Rule #5 very carefully. We may do random handouts! This doesn't automaticlly entitle you to one.
Q: Why are custom prices done that way..?
A: This shop is a bit diffrent from the norm. The lineart was not bought, instead we have a lineartist working for us. I did this so the hundreds of possible creatures can be drawn and edited. I believe this technique of pricing is the fairest to our staff. More defined prices might come by later however.
Q: You must make a lot, can you help my quest?
A: In fact, I make very little. Only 20% of any sale. Even then, the funds are saved for shop uses.
Q: Wow the lineart is awesome! Can I have this non-DnD related thing drawn?
A: Thank you for the intrest, but I will only ask the lineartist to draw custom art that is DnD related. However, if she sees your intrest, she may apporach you and ask what you want done. This is considered outside of the shop though, so the color and certs do not come with it...
Q: What is DnD related?
A: Soon we will post a link with a full bestiary of DnD Creatures. Until then, just ask and we'll try to look for it. There's four monster manuals that are 300 pages each, so please give us time.
Q: Will you come work for me/Can I work for you?
A: Please check the staff section. If a member is available to work or there is a spot open for hire, it will be there.
Q: I want to RP! Where is the information to do this correctly?
A: At the moment, there is no guild yet or thread to instruct you. These will be built in the future. Until then, use the shop to RP if you absolutely feel the need to. Once the Bestiary is up, it will have information on each creature.
Q: How about making a journal for my pet?
A: It's your pet! Use the Gaian journal! In the future, we may have a guild with more dedicated pet journals.
Q: Something is wrong with my creature?
A: If you recieved a custom and it was not what you expected. Please PM this account with the problem and a description of what you wanted. We'll do what we can! Please be patiant. If you got a creature in another event, unless there is some huge oversight, then sorry, your stuck. We will consider it, but nothing is garenteed.
Q: You're doing this all wrong you know..?
A: Again, we're open to suggustions, but don't harass us with nonsense/flames/screaming fandom. As covered in our disclaimer, we have allowed ourselves "wiggle room".
