I don't know what to tell you other than frame by frame. >.< I only animate in Photoshop~ Perhaps Google where your animation tab is? Sounds like it could be a program defect.

Oh, here are a few pointers:
1. I hardly really use my tablet. You may not like it now, but I LOVE the pen tool
2. Redraw and erase lines, it always makes them smoother.
3. Don't keep lines all the same weight, you need a little variety in necessary places.

And there is an animation panel in Photoshop. You have to go to Window > Animation. :3

Oh, thank you very much. heart All of this information could be found in the FAQ linked in the rules, but I can tell you now too. I use Photoshop, it's a very expensive program I got for free from my brother's friend. >.< And I love meeting other artists too.~
