Little Bit About Me...
About me? Hmmm, hard to put filler in here, not a big writer about myself. Briana the name that my parents stamped on my forehead when I was born. Then again, had I known that past the bright light that the doctor was going to smack me on the a** I think I would have stayed in my comfy, watery cave. Now that pad was pimp. But anywhoo...
I'm a very loyal person that looks on the bright side of life. I'm calm, cute, happy, quiet, loud, fun loving, absurd, weird, corky, and freakishly different that anyone you'll encounter. But then again, I'm also arrogant, selfish, stubborn as a mule, lazy, and I tend to OCD on a few things. I'm known to be a crack-addict-cleaner/organizer, and a pack rat. I secretly, not so secretly anymore though now that it's posted here, have a god complex. Yeah, still reading? Good.
I'm the kind of person to point out that hey, at least you still have your health to somebody who's house is on fire, or to somebody who's lost their entire family to a car accident. Funny thing is, I'm not joking. If you focus on anything bad in your life and that makes you feel depressed, angry, emo, hurt, or any of those unhealthy emotions, why think of that anything? Why make yourself feel ways that don't make you happy? That's something that I've never been able to figure out about people, and anyone who want to revolve around unhappy thoughts, seriously, go kill yourself. "It's no good living in the ashes of a dead happiness." A Town Like Alice; Page Eleven. I may have not liked the book, but I love that quote, it's dead on. <3
I've just turned legal a few months ago and after I finally hit that turning point in my life, many things have fallen right into place. I have the man of my dreams and I couldn't be happier. Took a long time to get him though. I started after him in January/February 2006 when there was a small glimmer of hope that he could be mine. And all I had to do was show him how he should be treated in a relationship, show him that I really wanted him for all that he was, and show him all that was me. When I could finally claim him as my own, I thought myself to be dreaming. Now he's my mate, and I don't plan on letting such a catch leave my claws. He's mine. Especially when his pup came attached with him. Though, his pup and my kit don't like each other very much yet, they'll learn to love eah other. Or else I'll glue them back to back and laugh as they throw a fit! <3
I have a wondrous group of friends that are the ones you dream about having. How I came by so many? I grew on them like a fungus that you couldn't get rid of and they've just learned to love me. biggrin They're the type of friends that I'd really be devastated to loose. We could not talk for months, and still be able to pick up right where we left off. We could hate something that the other one loves, and be like, "I hate that." and "Love you too! <3" and laugh over it. Not make sense? Too bad. To my friends, who are my blood, it does. And even though I'm very forgetful and that sometimes makes them extremely unhappy with me, they still are there with me, so I'm never lonely.
We are all so different in my group of friends, and it 's a miracle that we all fit together like we do in our family. Seriously, you have no idea. We have quiet ones, loud ones, arrogant ones, tough ones, weak ones, poor ones, rich ones, stubborn ones, serious ones, laughable ones, native ones; god I love it, and I love them. They're mine, and I'd do anything for them, even if most of us don't see eye to eye.
I'm an artist, and I love all kinds of art. I excel though in painting because I've been most instructed in that area. Drawing out and creating though is another field that I branch out in. Ceramics I absolutely love, and I have a talent for it. Size, shape and symmetry just came natural to me. Anime, manga, and writing are a passion of mine, and honestly I would love to become a manga artist for the rest of my life, but I think I'd rather have that as a side profession. Just getting into the culinary arts, and thanks to my Kitchen family at my job, I'm getting a hell-of-a cheat sheet if I ever decide to into the food industry. Hands on experience with a dedicated and respected chef, along with all the other chefs that work with her, I don't need them food classes!
I'm going to go to college soon come 2009, and figure out exactly what I wish to do in life, but until them, I'm going to work my a** off at my new upcoming job in August to save up for those classes. I may love the arts, but I still have to get them damn required classes out of the way.
Damn, running outta stuff to type, need more coffee so brb.....okay back with a hot cup of coffee. Mmmmmm, coffee.
Oh, maybe I should mention how I'm an energy drink addict? God, I drink those things like air. Seriously, and I have a damn good tolerance for them too. biggrin Nos with pixie sticks added, hell yeah baby. Red Line anyone? Bet I could out drink you with them, and you could be as big as my big brother Shawn! I'd still win. I'll take any challenge!
