About the Mysterious Mr. X

Hiya! Name's Xauna. It's high time I gave my profile a bit of an update, so here we go!

First, a bit about me... Although there are a few others with my name, it's very likely that if you see a Xauna somewhere else, it is me. I like almost all kinds of video games out there, particularly MMORPGs. Among them, my current favorite is Fainl Fantasy XI. I play on the Lakshmi server as Xauna, the level 70 Red Mage and level 15 Summoner. I also play World of Warcraft, although not as often, on the Hyjal PvE server as Razkyre, the level 16 Blood Elf Mage, Xailala, the level 9 Night Elf Rogue, and Raiyo, the level... 4? Draenei Hunter. Feel free to look me up there, but you'd be more likely to find me in FFXI.

In my spare time I do a bit of everything, depending on what strikes my fancy. I have a strong affinity for nifty gadgets of all kinds, particularly the PSP handheld. Beyond that, I soon plan to start learning how to program in C , and in college I intend to take courses in game design, as games are my true calling and are the books of the future.

My job is nothing special. I am a dishwasher/freelance at a local pizza/Italian restaurant. It's nothing to be overly proud of, but I enjoy it there. The coworkers are funny(both on purpose and on accident), and in my spare time I'm picking up skills from the various other positions there that may help me get other jobs in the future.

Beyond FFXI, my lifestyle is not very spectacular. I don't really keep many IRL friends, but I'm content with those who I know. Much of my time outside of work is spent devising plans for getting into college; I made the unfortunate mistake of dropping out of high school, but do not let that ruin your opinion of my intelligence. If I had put any effort forth into schoolwork I would have top marks, and my teachers knew this... it is thanks to them that they got me to stay as long as I did. Mistakes though they may be, I have no regrets dropping out, especially as recently the school has had a string of gun scares and what I can only assume are mini gangwars. I don't like fighting, so I'm glad I left in the end.

Okay... my avatar. I'm sure some of you are wondering about why it is what it is. While I generally change it up every once in a while, I've made it recently to have at least one underlying theme in that it has something cat-related on it... Why? Because, by the definitions I know, I am a furry. Let your opinion be what it will, but I assure you I do not carry the "bad" traits of the furry definition. I'd explain which, but I think I'd like to keep my profile here family-friendly, so if you do want to just make sure, feel free to drop me a private message. I don't bite.

Well, that basically sums up my life.
