SERIOUSLY, THOUGH. American cheese is nasty to me, now.
and it's cheap. c:
before i lived in Portugal, i lived in Virginiaa.
and before that, i lived in Texas.
Before that, Washington.
Before that, Virginia again.
Before that, Kansas.
Before that, Oklahoma.
so yuss. it's hard to believe that i spent all my "thinking year" in Portugal.
i remember thinking pretty well in Virginia and Texas.
my Portuguese is heavily accented, and i still talk to most people in English. If i know they'll understand me, why speak in Portuguese?
and because i'm speaking it so little, i'm losing it already. :/
andd, the fashion is just about impossible to describe. you'd have to be here to understand. xD
ohohoh. and there are lots of homeless people, kind of. Their not necessarily homeless, but they make their livings by selling magazines and fake tattoos and crap on the beach. xD
fish is good sometimes. i used to be a vegetarian, but then my parents convinced me to drop out of the hobby or whatever. but then i just recently started being one again. it gives me somewhat of a challenge. x3 it's a lot easier than i remembered it, though. most meat i don't even enjoy.
p.s. PORTUGUESE CHEESE IS DELICIOUSSS.
and you know in all those beach advertisement and stuff where the sand is all white and the water is clean blue?
it's nothing like that. xDD don't get me wrong. it's still really beatiful, and it's greattt!
but the sand is yellowish-orange, and the water is kind of greenish. x3
and when you go on a paddle boat or whatever, you can see stringy fish poop floating on the surface. xDDD
you get used to it, though. and it's really nice.
it almost ALWAYS smells like ocean, and ocean smells great. : D
um, what else?
things are kind of expensive, and the Portuguese style. Oh my gosh. It can get really weird.
some things you've never expected people to even think of wearing, they wear it all the time. and fish. of course, they eat fish a lot.
hmm. there are tons of malls. ermm, lots of ways of public transportation.
they have trams, buses, trains, subways, taxis, sagues(how to spell that. xD) and basically anything you can think of to get around. it's really tourist-friendly. xD
but i know something will come to mind. x3
and when it does, i'll tell you.
anywayy, i'm moving to Kansas in like two weeksish, so it's all good. ;3
I watched it in Kansas with my younger sister when it first came out.
and it just came out here. :/
Ninth grade, my teacher bring out this weird book.
"this is how you write stories, you idiots."
Lol, naww. it wasn't really like that, but that would be funny. :3
we were making short stories, and that was her example book thing. bu yes, like every movie i've watched in the past month has the Where the Wild Things Are trailer, and I just want to see it already. Plus, since i live in Portugal, it's going to take like twice as long to get out.
i start shaking when i stay up past, like, midnight, though. x3
ohohohoh. YOU KNOW WHAT I REALLY WANNA SEE IN THE THEATERS??
Where the Wild Things Are. Definitelyy.
D:
it's like i have jetlag, except i dooon't. (:
