I play violin!
I'm a sort of writer/musician, and I've started using this account pretty much so I could attempt to communicate with other weirdoes like myself. Of course, I'm starting to think off the bat that I might be looking in the wrong place, but I'm not giving up right away. I've got nothing against anime, and there are a couple of series (wtf is the plural of series?) I really do like, but it never makes its way into my writing. I'd borrow elements from Miyazaki if I had a way to fit them in, though honestly I think most of the guy's talent goes into animation rather than writing alone. Anyway, if you think I'm going to lead up to a central point here, I think you'd better stop reading now before I make you even more confused.
I've been playing the violin for a really long time, and held to writing for almost as long. I really don't take myself seriously at all, except maybe in terms of just where I stand. I think if I get my stuff finished before classes start back up, I'll post it here for all to see.
