Hey, thanks man, hope the audition for the Rock Academy goes well! I've been getting things arranged for whenever I get into college for a Psychology major, but on the forefront of my short-term future:

Yeah, it's been a while. Been out doing life stuff, took a long break from Gaia and just happened to come back to it a few days ago.

Musically, I've been getting my band working and all that, been getting a lot better at the guitar and am writing a guitar sonata (in Classical Sonata-Allegro form, mind you), and am going to college in the fall. Got my first job interview next Tuesday, and have been teaching myself piano while my girlfriend (who is amazing and wonderful in every way) is away at Disney World. biggrin I'm doing good, you?

I took lessons for four years, and it taught me things that I could never figure out on my own. Just gotta push your limits no matter how impossible it is.

I don't think I could handle the glory of the presence of a triple-necked guitar like his own. I've never played a twelve-string, nor seven-string, and I've never even seen a double-neck in real life, just photos. I don't know how he does it, but I can only DREAM of being able to play like him.

But I diligently attempt it, and I get better with every attempt.

Heh, I gotta go with Last Caress or Steve Vai. Vai is a :H:U:G:E: guitar and musical inspiration to me, as I learn a lot not only by listening to his music, but even more by learning and playing it. He has a God-given gift to play a guitar (among other instruments) that I can only dream of achieving, although I can feel myself getting better every time I progress in my abilities.
