I was a blackjack dealer for a few years when I lived in Oklahoma... I really had to learn to handle my s**t. I had to deal with drunk people, and I was literally taking their money? Oh man, the temptation to just slay the ******** out of them was so harsh
I'd get so tired
But it was also really fun and I enjoyed hearing some of the stories people told. It was great when I had a table full of friends, and I could just get them started on a long a** story and didn't have to talk at all until I had to move to another one lol The great part was, I'd stop paying attention if it got boring and they'd want me to respond, and I'm like "Ohh it's really not good for me to give my personal opinions at work, I've got a vibrant vocabulary, ya know... but what a story!" lol Just bullshit them into submission.

humaning is hard
we should split the world into sections
"People who want to human," "People who don't want to human," "People who sorta human," and "I'm just in the mood for some weird s**t"
I think it'd be more successful than the stupid setup we've got goin' now

Oohhh, I'd love to read some of your poetry, if you share it publicly. c: I started out purely as a poet, but words infected every other region of my artistry like a zombie outbreak. It just ate all of my other interests that I couldn't incorporate into it lol
I love to rp! It's a great way to trick me into trying to hone my skills, and a lot more fun than just writing fanfiction for practice or some crap. I haven't done it very seriously in a while, though. You like fandom stuff or just general anything goes writing?

sheyiiit, then you're doing better than I ever did. lol It took something catastrophic to whip my a** into shape. I didn't even try. I was just a wretched, bitter person. I'm still kinda bitter, but I try to keep it to myself, ya know? lol

You can consider yourself a writer, even if you only write for a hobby. What do you like to write?
Also it can be so easy to be oblivious to some things because human beings are confusing creatures that really like mind games, and they WANT YOU TO GUESS WHAT THEY'RE THINKING AND FEELING AT ALL TIMES. And then get mad when you don't... amongst other things.
This is one of the reasons why I only have like seven friends. I can't handle people in large doses. confused That, and social activity drains me hard. I can only take so much before I'm locking myself in a bathroom for hours or something.

Life forced me to be more empathetic, so now I use logic to emulate emotions lol I didn't care enough to put forth that kind of effort before, but a special idiot I knew would probably still be alive today if I had bothered before, so... I at least try now. It's kinda for the birds, though, ngl.
My family just thinks I'm super weird and that I talk to myself all the time



i mean i do but that's not the point
i'm a writer we're all ********' weird c'mon
