Rylar is a tall anthropomorphic mouse lacking any significant muscle or fat beneath the layer of short white fur that covers most of his body. The skin that shows through at hand and foot paws, as well as a lengthy cordlike tail, is a pale pink in color.

His long whiskers droop down from a short muzzle and mingle with a beard sprouting from his chin that hangs as low as the sternum.

Dressing haphazardly, he favors loose, bland, lightweight clothing and prefers to go barefoot.
