Icy blue eyes, unforgiving with their piercing stare, set upon an inhuman complexion of gray. A chillingly-cold air always seemed to announce his arrival, and to follow after his elegantly-dressed form; it was as if, by the slightest of touches, he could freeze what gloved fingers dared to caress.
The very breath expelled from thin lips spoke of low temperatures; it came as puffs and tendrils of cool vapor, which twisted and writhed before finally diminishing, and the process repeated itself with each steady but shallow exhale. Never did the corners of his mouth so much as flinch from their straight path--neither smile nor frown given, only a calm, almost apathy, expected of the one who brought forth yearly the harsh winters to the Earth.
Battle scars adorned his body, as if medals of honour. One in particular stretched vertically across his right eye and cheek; this was the most prominent, accentuated by long, snowy locks. His very demeanor, the confidence and presence with which he carried himself, was borne of centuries and beyond of worldly experience; but like the weathers over which he presides, there seems to be nothing but coldness within his frostbitten heart...

...Or that's the gist of it, anyway.

He is the representation of the season of Winter. Unlike his younger sister Aleksandra, he is the epitome of the cruel, ruthless blizzards that can destroy life and bury nations.
His complexion is gray, his eyes are pale or icy, and his hair is white. The very air that surrounds him is cold and unsettling, courtesy of his chilling personality. He is an extremely arrogant man with very expensive tastes; furs, gold, jewels, the finest of clothes, everything about his lifestyle is luxurious and grandiose, which is no surprise considering his peculiar sense of self-importance. "Simple" does not seem to exist for him.

"Maybe if I had met you sooner... things would be different."

Originally, he was the only Winter; but when it became apparent that Vladimir possessed too much destructive power with this season, his "sister" or counterpart was created, and the power was divided in half between the two in order to create a balance.

And in order to teach Vladimir the value of life and introduce him to "emotions", his counterpart was created in the form of a child, rather than a full-grown adult--this was the birth of Aleksandra, who was left in and raised in his care.

However, in later centuries, Aleksandra's effectiveness was called into question, and she was meant to be replaced as Vladimir's counterpart...

...don't worry, I will put you out of your misery for you."
