No I haven't seen it, I don;t play a lot of gaia games, just tokens and cards every so often. I've notices for a little while gaia was having glitches left and right, -shrugs-

When you play you get the tickets and they can only be spend at the 'Prize & Joy' shop. Or you can sell them for gold in the market place. You can't exchange them for anything else.
