Me and my opinions

Hi, I'm Ribbon Cookie. I've been a member of Gaia for over a year, but I rarely ever log on.

But lately I have been studying religion (Christianity in general and Atheism) and I have no one to talk to about it. So I have come back to Gaia in hopes of talking about and debating religion. I want to ask how it feels to believe in a god. I've always been an atheist so it's as hard to imagine believing in god, as it would be for someone else who has always believed to think of a life without God.

I do not claim to know everything about the Bible or arguments against it. There are people who make much better arguments then I can.

All my life I've heard very compelling reasons not to believe in god, so now I want to hear the other side of the debate. So if you want to talk about religion with me, I would be delighted.

Interests outside of religion

As much as I love talking about religion, that's not my only interest in life. In fact that's far from the truth. I like to think I have a wide range of interests from music and video games to science and history. I am also a big fan of anime and manga. Just to make things simpler I'll list things off.
