let me tell you then , you'll need to go to your profile , then , in the highest part of your profile , you may find the usual menu (home,my gaia,shops,forums,word,games) but you may be able to see right away some others than say rainbear4,Edit my profile layout, logout ,

by clicking edit my profile layout you may find a menu , and from there on , it should be self explanatory ,

i hope it's useful somehow , and sorry if it was to obious

Welcome to NSTG, or the Newbie Supporting and Training Guild. You may want to start off in the Introductions subforum, where you introduce yourself and be greeted by other members! Then, get yourself familiarized with the members of the guild or you can check out the NAP, or the Newbie Adoption Program, where you can be adopted by a mentor and be trained to survive in the world of Gaia.
