Personality: She tends to be closed up around those around her until they can earn her trust. Phoebe can show some emotions if you become really close to her by earning that trust. She isn't much of a fighter but will fight if she can't get out of it. She can be really quiet at times and only speak if she has something to say. Phoebe is also the serious type and can some what tolerate jokers, to a point. She will kill if she doesn't have a choice in the matter. Just a little warning to everyone, never tick this red head off if she mastered her fire abilities.

Weapons: Sais with a symbol of a wolf howling on the red jewel that is located on the handle. She also has a hidden gun and dagger on her just in case she needs to use them. She also has a pocket knife but its not a fighting weapon.

Scars: A diagonal scar traveling across her back and if struck in the weak spot, it could knock her out.

Elements: Fire, wind, and Light (healing) but they're not that strong yet.

Fears: being alone in a tight area that's pitch black.

She did grow up with Rai and Shenji but left two - 3 years ago. but returned back home not to long ago.

Family:

Raven

Raven is her partner and she treats her like a family member even though she is a wolf Hybrid. Raven has the built of a wolf and her fur is jet black. Raven does have these beautiful eyes that are the color of the ocean. She does have silver spiked collar around her neck. She is more of a friend then a battle partner which she might be used for fighting later on. Phoebe is really close to Raven and seems she is the only one she can stand at the moment. Raven is her only family member as her original family members passed away when she was younger. But Phoebe doesn't let that stop her from doing things
