um... go to your profile and in the corner is something that says edit profile. Click and then a little toolbar will pop up and there's one called theme. Then you can choose from preselected themes, or find a url of the picture that you want to put up and there's a place to paste it in. That's all i know I'm afraid. Some people know how to do a better job then me....
