I have to dress appropriately for the workplace I'm at. I crossdress because I find it very comfortable to wear dresses and such. I find it more comfortable then dressing in the way one would normally expect a guy to dress. My girlfrined doesn't prefer one over the other, shes fine with whatever I wear because she knows I feel more comfortable in girl clothes.
