Yeah dude, defo wanna get back into it. I tried it for a couple weeks and it was good detoxing, my eyes started to turn to amber from brown!
but when i was back on the cooked foods they went back, but a few weeks isn't very long lol.
I'd love to just go away somewhere for a few months where cheap fruit is accessible and enjoy. Wanna do some travelling again anyway.

Ok cool, I tried it for a month or so but it was so hard and expensive to get 2500+ cals a day it just wasn't working.
And everyone I've seen on it long term looks unerweight..
But it's great short term for healing IMO.
