Hello! My name is Mana. I am nineteen years old; twenty on the sixth of August. I am male. I love music, picture editing, hanging out with my friends, studying certain subjects (music, literature, language, history, math -- yes, I love math), taking pictures of my cats, roleplaying, spending time with my parents, and watching TV.

I'm a nerd. Video games were my life up through the age of seventeen, but I've sort of cooled down on the video game playing over the past few years. Now, I mainly focus on watching sci-fi shows (Star Trek: Voyager and Doctor Who), and studying. I'm a college student. I love my school, but I'm working on getting into a new one that I feel will better prepare me for my transfer to a major university, which is ultimately my goal. My best friend is my dad, and we spend a lot of time together. We've gotten closer since he's gotten into certain animes (Death Note and now, he'll watch any Miyazaki movie). I'm not a huge anime person, but I'll watch some series. I'm in the process of watching series I loved as a kid again. Some other info about me: I love all types of music. Mostly classical (piano, violin, cello), heavy metal, symphonic metal, and 80's pop & rock. I also enjoy 90's hip hop.

I love animals. I have three cats. I want a dog (a Japanese Spitz or American Eskimo. They both look quite a bit a like, but those are my favorite dogs.) As much as I love animals, I love children even more. I am a huge child's rights advocate, and I'm currently in the process of volunteering with various child abuse & neglect organizations that help children who have been in horrible situations. I'd really like to either be a teacher or social worker someday.
