Honestly since the story revolves around Guts and Griffith, I don't see Casca staying relevant sadly, which will annoy me if it's true. She deserves an awesome comeback but she can't compete in a fight with Guts or Griffith even if she did make a comeback so there's no comeback to be had. They've kind of blocked her off from that. And oh yeah I think Guts will die at some point, sadly. Their demon baby thing fetus made me sad.
Well I understand it's for plot, but it's just lame. I'm aware what happened to Guts and how it effected him and Casca and why she's so important to him. But Casca gets raped once, then almost raped again and unlike Guts who everyone views as a badass, Casca genuinely becomes mentally destroyed like people joke Casca became retarded. But, she can't speak or really communicate and is prone to freak out. The fact I'm waiting so long to see Casca bounce back and be a badass again sucks. I want to see badass Casca again. The guys bounce back like lightning or get seen as amazing and then the girls get nothing. Griffith though, deserves death ******** him.
i was annoyed because it's the typical trope of "hey have a badass female! hey have her raped and broken and now she's mentally insane and a former shadow of herself!"
and i'm like, welp, funny it's always the women. >.> i just don't like that, and i heard in the manga that guts while insane almost rapes her too and it's just...fricking stop it's pissing me off
season 2 i'm not looking forward to, they brought back a reason who should have remained gone
but i do love the series, i agree the movies are better omg
i'm massively critical about anything i enjoy xd guts gets a lot of hate but i like him...i mean, he's been through enough
