So...I'm Charlie. I like video games. A lot.
I've had a weird life so far, I never had a real "dad" experience with my dad. See, he was hurt real bad 3 days after I turned 2.
He was overseeing the unload of some ironing boards at the place he worked, and the line holding them in snapped and the ironing boards crushed his foot. He didn't loose the foot...but that might have been better...He contracted a disease called RSD(reflux sympathetic distrophy) which basically eats you from the inside out.
It's a terminal disease but it varies on which stage you have. The first and second are curable but the third isn't and guess which he has..yeah..but it takes a long time to kill you and if you can out live it, if you live long enough.
He's lived with it for 14 years...so we hope for the best, but back to my childhood
I never got to play catch with him, he never taught me how to fish, how to ride a bike, defend myself, or any of the other fatherly cliches. All we did was play video games.
My mother was and is a great mom, annoying, but great. She kinda spoils me, but we clash sometimes, as we both have a hotheaded disposition.
I never really saw any problems between them...till the day my dad moved away...and the divorce papers were finalized. They fought, yes, but I didn't think such a thing could happen...
I used to be a skinny child. Really skinny. And weird too ^_^, I remember nobody liking me at all in elementary school. I never had any friends till the 4th grade. So anyway, I started gaining weight around 3rd grade, around the time my mom and dad started fighting (yes, i believe it's partly the reason, but it is my fault too) and have been ever since.
Hmm, my friends...Geez, well in the 4th grade I only had 2 friends..Amanda and Steven. We used to hang out all the time, but as time went on..we split apart, the last time we hung out was around 4 christmas' ago, since Steve, and another of my friends, and I got into a..not a fight..more of a skirmish, and which I stopped all contact with them. But all was not lost as I already had a new group friends ready to pull me in. We were all at the same lunch table in 7th grade...I had no where to sit and I saw my friend parker at a table and introduced myself to the rest...That was the only year our almost entire group was in the same lunch period. But so I gained so many new friends that year.
Billy, Jack, Parker, Luke, Aaron, Ellis, James, Kyle, Erik, Andrew, Hakan, Kylan, Rick, Mary, Lauren, Jacob, Miles, Dayna, Alina, Joanna, Meagan, etc., etc., etc.
I have a few strange friends(to say the least)
Billy is...Unique. He's an astounding artist, he does cartooning, even has his own website
http://www.freewebs.com/pmi0. He makes movies which you can also see on his website. Other then that...he's sooooo strange sometimes but that's what makes him so great. You never get a straight answer out of him, either it's backwards, in language he made up, a sexual referance, or even just mumbling.
He's definantly one of my "best" friends.
Jack, or juquine, is completely and totally in love with himself. The air he breathes is sacred, the words he gives to us are godly, and to even be near him is a honor in itself. Or so he thinks ^_^. This all may seem annoying, but really..It's just Jack and although he acts like that, he is really a great friend. Yeah, he's a bit moody, but when he's on your side, there's no possible way to lose. Even if the argument was over the color of the grass, Jack and I could win it.
I guess over all, I do love my life, even though some of it is unbearable. I have issues, and things like that, but when it comes down to it...I have a good life. Complicated. But good ^_^.
