I was on 30bananasaday.com, but I disagreed with their ideas of percentages; they tend to think that 10% of calories or less from fat is the best way, but I've seen studies showing that raw vegan fats are very healthy even at 20% of calories coming from fat/day; for example: almonds, peanuts, cashews, pecans, walnuts, coconuts, etc
here's an example of a scientific study done on almonds Link
and from the videos below, it should be obvious that nuts and other fatty fruits aren't a problem (unless a person has an allergy)
in terms of weight, if a person is getting >4000 calories per day, he/she shouldn't become underweight unless the person is excessively exercising. A lot of people on this diet don't carry around a 4 litre jug of juice, and if that is not done, then calories can be hard to get in unless one lives in a jungle full of fruit.
Anyways, no matter how hard I tried with different diets, I personally couldn't gain weight when already being underweight until I started this fruit diet.
yah, expense is difficult, you can't do it if you don't have enough money and have to resort to a lot of potatoes & rice, but calories are easy
carrying a 4 litre jug of Orange Juice around with you all day (preferably juiced with a juicer) = 1800 calories
30 dates = 750 calories
8 bananas = 800 calories
half a watermelon 2259.0 g = 675 calories
grapes are easy calories as well
+ your other favourite fruit in a day.... easy 4000 calories/day
