Yes. It is very much free (altho I warn you, veoh has added 10-30 second commercials before videos now, which is annoying, but keeps it free so whatever)

veoh.com you have to download the player in order to watch shows that are and hour or more. The good thing about the player is you can watch streaming video on it or you can download shows onto it. The downloaded shows you can watch them anytime without internet.
I've had veoh for over a year and I love it! I downloaded a handful of movies on it and about 3 whole anime series on it before we took our cross country road trip. Total lifesaver!
And now that megavideo has that STUPID time cap (which i think I found a work around) I've been using veoh more and more to watch things.

You have to see his whole shows. OMFG is it funny. I have them all on DVD.
I just checked comedycentral.com the Xmas special one is playing again Dec. 25th at 7pm and 10pm.
