Jhara Silversong is believed by many to be little more than a simple collector of antiques and novelties; he has an affinity for rare and hard-to-find trinkets and is often found researching the history of some ancient bit of treasure.

Jhara is actually much more than his quiet, bookish ways suggest. He is a capable swordsman, a treasure hunter, and a thrill-seeker. He has amassed a hoard of priceless artifacts over many years, some of which found their way into his collection more than a lifetime ago. Even his closest friends are unsure of his actual age; in fact, some even rumour that he is actually the latest in a long legacy of men named Jhara, a sort of family tradition that gives the illusion of long life. Jhara himself is silent on the matter.

However, the innumerable scars from his many treasure hunts prove that, despite his rumoured immortality, he is by no means invincible.
