This song, on my profile has come to be known (in english) as the Numa Numa Dance, however it's actually a Romanin song called 'Dragostea Din Tei'. To the information that I've gathered, the bands O-Zone and Haiducii both released different versions of this song in the same summer. The song was (most likely) first written by Dan Balan (he writes the songs for O-Zone) and after it was released, both groups where accusing each other of stealing the song. O-Zone sued Haiducii for copyright infringement, and reclaimed their rightful ownership to the song, because Dan Balan wrote it, and was part of thier band. However, the story also goes the other way around. As far as I know, we are fortunate to have ANY version fo this catchy song. ^^; The version you are listening to now, is by Haiducii.
